I formerly worked at a Chipotle in a neighboring state, so I always have a complicated order when I walk through the door. The staff here is always so polite and ready to accommodate; they knock my order out with precision and it’s always fresh and standard Chipotle. They always have smiles on their faces. The only downside I can think of with this restaurant is that sometimes it’s a little messy on the line, but that can easily be due to understaffing or order volumes, which can’t be helped at times. The manager is so polite and patient both with staff and customers, I have paid close attention to interactions every time I walk into this store. The one time I went to the location on Macon Rd I had someone scoff at the amount of things I wanted on the side and slammed it all into a bag, messy with sour cream flowing everywhere. Whittlesey has Macon Rd beat, EASY. This location is the best in Columbus! Don’t waste your time at the other one.

Food was great as usual, but I don't recommend going late at night. The restaurant was a mess, most of the staff (all but two people) were rude and unprofessional. (Pushing personal orders in front of ours, talking loudly and inappropriately in front of us, trying to clean directly next to where we are eating, not filling pickup orders as well as messing up the ones that were filled.)

On multiple occasions this place can only take mobile orders, and gives me my food like they just throw it in the wrapping. My most recent visit I placed a mobile order only to get to the restaurant to see that they were closed yet again because of some kind of outage. However they took my money and it has not been refunded. They didn't bother stopping mobile orders that's ridiculous. Why are yall even open at this point?

Screw the chipotle on macon rd. They don't ever listen to your requests, whether in person or online. This is the only chipotle that actually gave me the extra rice that I needed. I need extra carbs in my diet due to an ED. Not only is this chipotle pretty clean, the employees are EXTREMELY kind and friendly to you, a far cry from Macon rd.

Need a job? Chipotle needs help. Dirty tables, empty napkins, spoons, etc. Service was slow and the poor employees looked overwhelmed...and missing hair nets. The food was ok but very overpriced for the quality. I would give it one star but a lot of the issues were due to being understaffed.

this goes back to April 22. First off, this place is always closed for in person ordering, it seems. So i had to order on my phone while i was at the store....5 orders were placed.( lost lots of customers this day, as they walked right on, upon seeing the sign). This location never has the Fajita veggies. I complained about this multiple times previously, no change.Workers are rude, when i went inside to tell them, beans were missing on 3 of 5 dishes. they had an attitude, however they cannot read directions on their own menu, for which they are paid for. I do not recommend you frequent this location, unfortunately.

I wish there were a 0 star rating because I would have given it. I’m still hoping that maybe tonight was their going out of business night, in order to maybe explain this experience. First, you can’t order in person, so you have to go in, set up all your info, place a digital order, and sit and wait. Ok, done. Took a minute. While sitting there, I observe the filthy serving line that is devoid of any food, besides all the unintentional spillage from orders long ago. At this point I’m really beginning to question my decision. They’re out of one of the drinks I ordered. No problem, I’ll just take 2 of the other drink I ordered. Oh, out of that one as well. A restaurant in Columbus, GA out of coke? Then there was food smeared all over the outside of my bowl, as well as the bag, which was gross. There were 2 spoons and 1 knife available and the area was nasty. I sat in my car and opened the food I was about to eat… and actually ate a few bites. And the whole grossness overtook me. I closed up my bowl and tried to get rid of it in the designated garbage receptacle, which was completely missing. I admit I left my trash on top and sat in my car while watching a customer walk out with a coke in his hand. Here’s to a very quiet night without unintended and negative consequences of my dining adventures. Regardless, I can guarantee that Chipotle has lost a very loyal customer.

This Chipotle is absolutely shameful. I have had nothing but terrible experiences every time. This location needs to shut down. Do not waste your time, you will be disappointed.

This is what $7 worth of chicken looks like. There was a simple miscommunication and there was no chicken put on my burrito. I went to get some chicken, and since the veggie and chicken burritos cost the same I figured I would just explain my situation, grab some chicken and be on my way. Nope, I got charged for another burrito except it wasn’t a burrito, just one measly scoop of chicken.

I found this in my food, this is unacceptable. I’ve seriously had it with this place. Poor quality and Terrible customer service. Corporate will be contacted. I used to love this place.Looks like I’m not the only one with issues with this place. Either management needs to change or y’all need to close down.
