Fantastic bartender that mixes drinks to perfection ?The food was okThe soup was microwaved and was hot on the top but cold on the bottom but overall the drinks makes it 5 star
Haven't ate inside for a few years now, however gladly MY service was great. I can't say the same for the guys sitting infront of me. The manager did come out and fixed it for them and was extremely nice about it (both her and the gentlemen). I was very glad to see that the help inside didn't change. The drinks was great, and the food has been good every time I went. Keep it it up.
So when we went in we knew we were going to have to wait which wasn’t a big deal…but our service was way worse than we expected. We were seated and then waited 15 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink. When she brought our drinks we ordered an appetizer and waited 30 minutes for our appetizer. After we finished we asked for napkins and our server never brought them to us, but instead walked around the restaurant with them. To top it all off the card machine was down and nobody told us. We overheard the bartender tell some guys sitting at the bar. So after we waited for 45 minutes for our food we decided to just pay for our appetizer and leave. When we asked what we would have done if we didn’t bring cash and they let us order what we would have done the server said we can take a picture of your card to pay….WHAT?! To top it all off the manager was just nowhere to be found and did nothing to help his staff. Horrible experience.If you like chilis then don’t go to the one in Columbus because it’ll ruin it for you.
Our server was a very nice and friendly girl, but extremely inattentive, forgetting the simplest of things. When our meals were brought to the table she noticed we had no cutlery and said she'd be right back with some. After waiting for a few minutes as the food was getting cold, we had to get the attention of the hostess to bring us the cutlery. Five minutes later, our server came back to the dining room with a tray full of drinks for another table and still no cutlery. She looked at us and realized that she had forgotten and quickly ran back and brought us more cutlery.Hopefully the rest of her night went much better.
Napkins bountiful...No introduction. Exchange of names...Food...Delightful...Cold Shoulder I'd call it. maybe it's me? Idk..Odd...for a woman to be of asian persuasion, and be a socialite....like her...makes you wonder?

Very seldom do I give out two stars. The meal I got to take home today should have received one star. The reason why it received two stars because the meal was hot and fresh. The presentation of it however leave something to be desired. I asked for blue cheese dressing and all I received was ranch. The server said she had put blue cheese dressing in there. Nonetheless I receive ranch. I will let you look at these pictures and you decide if I'm right or wrong..
Will never visit this restaurant again and I will tell others not to go. Went here yesterday to pick up a to go order. I received the text message that the order was ready before I got there. I got there and sent my parking spot number to let them know I had arrived. I sat there for 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. I got out of my car and went in the curbside door. No one was standing there. I look over on the shelf and there is my food just sitting there getting cold. No one ever acknowledged I was standing there so I stopped the first waitress I came across. I said is it okay for me to get this? She replied yes. I opened it to see if it was cold, which it was and she stated that they only have one person working curbside today. I said not my issue when the girl who was bringing out the other food had to walk by it at least 3 or 4 times. At this point I was just frustrated and ready to go. Then on top of everything the egg rolls were burnt with the filling spilling out. I noticed when I arrived home and wish I would have taken a picture. Then how they want you to leave a tip when you order? Smh . If I would have left a tip I would have requested it back because I did everything myself. Just awful customer service all the way around.
Waitresses seemed to be short handed and even though they were they moved with purpose and weren't rude about it, pretty sure they were short staffed in the kitchen as well because they took longer than normal to bring the food out. The last time we were in there they took about 10 minutes this time around it was closer to 20, but when the food arrived it was hot not warm like it had been sitting there for a while. The food was delicious burger and steak cooked perfectly and we will be going back again, even though wait time might be slightly longer we'll adjust our time if the food we order keeps coming out the last two times we've been there.
The food here is amazing y'all! I have been here several times and never once had a bad experience. The food is delicious ? The staff are great and always in a good mood. Attentive but not hovering! Had a time when my little one wanted to try something new but ended up not liking it they brought her something else with no attitude or making my little feel bad. That's why I tip well and it makes me want to come back and keep coming for more! Great Job Chillis ? ? ?
