Beautiful newly updated location. Always very attentive to service. Always fast. My new go to Chick-fil-A in Columbus ga.
By far he worst Chick-Fil-A experience I have had a a long time. As an avid Chick-fil-A eater I was taken back with how unfriendly and put out they were. I will keep driving to a different location next time.
Went this evening and gave my order. When I received my food it was wrong. The manager was so rude “ well it says chicken nuggets meal”… I was willing to pay what the rest of it what I ordered. I got my drink, my wrap which she wouldn’t even give to me.,, with no fries. A manager should be way more professional. Mistakes happen I get it but the last couple times, they have messed up my order. But tonight was ridiculous I was not looking for a free meal. I wanted what I ordered.
Normally it is a solid five star experience, however; this time the fries were cold and they did not include the requested sauces. Only reason for four stars is they were not that busy.
I rate this as a 3 against my normal Chick-fil-A experience. They were very behind outside and in. The inside had atleast 10 flies I could count around my table. I don't believe they had cleaned the inside with the last hour or I would not have had to use overflowing trash cans. Also waiting for a refill was taxing since at least 3 employees made eye contact with me and I still had to flag down an employee that just came from outside. We were there at 2:00 on a Saturday. Maybe it was just an off day.
I can't believe! I had had 2 bad experiences at chick fil a in a row. What the heck is going on.....kids playing instead of working.....being mocked by workers with a personal preference!!!!! Just wow! Hope this ends soon. I cant deal! This guy talking holding me from even moving forward....just wow!
their food is great and very friendly workers,even got a pup cup for my furbaby
My first experience was Bad. I asked for a Gluten free bun, it was frozen when they tried to give it to me. I gave it all back. The next time I went the next time everything was great
OK had to pull up and wait for the Smokehouse sandwich. I drank down my tea. I went to get out of the car to get a refill. Told that I couldn't because I was in the drive through. Not my fault that I had to wait. If I had not received the tea till I got my sandwich then I would have driven off. With me still in line I don't understand why I couldn't get a refill. I was told to drive around to get another.
Although it was very Busy and packed inside, they were up to speed and friendly while waiting, clean inside and Outside. Service seem to have been Moving Smoothly as well,. And My Order was Right!?
