I usually love this location, but recently this place has been terrible! We waiting over 30 min in the drive through for an order I placed through the app 5 min before arrival. The young girl taking orders by the speaker was leaning back against the pole and barely said a word other then “yea I got you”. Arriving at the window, we witnessed a girl with a red mask throw someone’s order and complain on how our order had not been made yet. The young boy with glasses who was at the window was the only friendly face we saw, he politely, asked us if we could drive to the front of the store, and wait for our order. We of course did, after waiting another 10 min, we were finally greeted by a tall boy with super curly hair, who had his pants sagging, and could barely get his hat on his head with how crazy his hair looked, who said, these two are yours, and just completely walked away. Idk what’s happening to this location but it definitely needs new management or something!!
I normally give them 5 stars always, but this time I can't do it. I get breakfast here every morning for the past 2 weeks because I'm now on this side of town. My BEC biscuit wasn't all that hot, and I had a piece of hair on my biscuit. I was so mad, but I couldn't take it back. I have never had such a bad experience. It wasn't my pleasure that day. Maybe I'll try again. I know for sure the location by my house will be better. Better luck next time I guess.
I just had the same thing I always have when I go to Chic-Fill-A, the chick-fill-a deluxe meal, and for the 3rd time in the last few weeks, I have been served rotten lettuce. I have pictures, but unfortunately I can’t post them here. I’ve seen bad lettuce before, that looks like is just starting to go bad, at their restaurants, and didn’t think much of it, but today they went overboard. I mean, I can’t believe they can serve such bad lettuce like that! Are they even looking at it? I swear I wish I could post pictures here for all to see. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but today it needed to be said. I am very disappointed, and disgusted!!! ?.
They are terrible people all around esp to work with. For this to be a Christian business it has not shown itself of that at all. Management is aweful. Team leaders are aweful and got where they are based on favoritism. This is not a place where you would want to work unless you are young and don’t mind being disrespected.
Normally come to this Chick-fil-A once or twice a week. Normally get the grilled nuggets and side kale crunch salad . The nuggets today were very dry and crispy almost burned. And the kale salad was half filled. I was very disappointed, for what the side cost I expected to get a decent amount and not half my side. I was disappointed in this experience .
This is our go-to CFA!! Friendly staff, quick service, and they always get it right! I love the smiles
This place is so busy omg.. Also, you would think as many people there the food is constantly coming up and out so it would be hot but nah. That is the only downer. I don't mind waiting especially if my food will be fresh and hot but warm to cool ain't cutting it. Not when there are 15 to 20 other cars in the drive thru. 3 stars for fast and friendly service.
If you order a desert from the front counter they forget or take forever to work on it..two times waiting ten mins is not cool. Tons of people to take care of it quickly. Everything else was good though.
It's chick-fil-a, the Lord's chicken. Delicious food for a decent price served with smiling faces and a great attitude. This is one place I never have to go and worry about seeing an employee walking around wearing earbuds.
The fries at this location seem to be consistently below average. Very dark and soggy. This location also always seems to take the longest through the drive thru, granted the drive thru design is different that other local locations.
