After ordering my food and driving home. Only 1 order out of the 3 were correct. I tried to call back to the store to complain and the phone rang but they hung up before I could say anything and left the phone off the hook the remainder of the night. I am extremely disappointed. But I guess I should have know better. The lady at the window was too busy on her air pods talking on the phone . Never again
On Tuesday May 31 at about 11:30 am My daughter and i stopped to get lunch and took it home at that time the lunchroom was closed because of employee shortage . After about 3 hours , both my daughter and i felt nauseated and had diarrhea. Mine lasted until about 11:00 pm at night. I believe the slaw which tasted somewhat funny was the culprit it tasted old like from day before. On wednesday i called 2x and nobody answered. on thursday june 2 i called twice so far no returned call. I am very disappointed because we are steady customers at this particular store.
Trash. Nasty food, ordered a loaded baked potato it legit wasn’t even cut it was wrapped in foil with the cheese on top of the foil, waited 15 minutes at the window while the girls was on they phone, no forks, no napkins, no malt vinegar. Garbage establishment and will never ever go back.
Customer Service was ok but the okra was just too salty for my taste and and few pieces fish batter
Awful. Don’t go for dinner they forgot to put my green beans in my bag. My fish looked like someone had eaten it an baked potato was extremely hard and over cooked. This doesn’t happen with the day shift but closer to closing your better of not going.
The food is good but they are very stingy with the condiments. Every time I ask for tartar sauce they act like it is gold. I spent $25 dollars and ask for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce when I got home no tartar sauce and this is not the first time!!I have even offered to pay extra!! So this is the last time I will be going to this location!
This is the best Captain Ds. The manager is the nicest lady and makes sure everything is right with your order. Food is always delicious. This is the number one capt. Ds in ga.
You would think that with only the drive through window open it wouldn't take 25 minutes to get order. Inside was closed and only had 4 cars in front of us. With the menu being what it is , kinda limited to a few different choices ,seems the process would go quicker.
I was at this store around 4:00 p.m. today, I ordered the giant fish sandwich combo, the honest truth the sandwich was horrible,it had a ton of tartar sauce and it seemed like someone had sprinkled salt on the sandwich. Instead of the sandwich having two pieces of fish it had four pieces so when you pick it up two of the pieces just fall off. Too much tartar sauce made the sandwich turn cold quick.?
They always do well here for us and it is part of the regular restaurant rotation for the family. They are normally pretty quick and they are always nice. Never have used the drive, always either eat inside or get it to go. If you get it to go, make sure they put all the condiments and such in your bag before leaving. Getting in parking lot is easy, but no left turn out (have to go down a little and do a u-turn or go back behind McDonalds through The Landings to the traffics light.
