Every time I come here I'm sitting at the drive thru window for 6-7mins. Don't use my time to run your drive thru time. None of the food is cook to order. A whopper

Customer service good and food was just how I ordered

Overall, food is good. Service is ok, but they do some weird things, especially during leak lunch hours. The drive thru took forever, and when I found out why it made me even more upset. They were holding cars at the 1st window to reset their drive thru timer in peak lunch hours. I know this due to having worked in fast food before.Also, even after waiting at the payment window, for probably 1-1.5 minutes, I asked for a single sauce at the 2nd window. The employee closed the window, re-opened it a few seconds later and told me I'd have to pay for it. Probably will not be returning, I'll just go to the one on post.

Love the food just wish they had more options on the coupons

It was pretty good and my burger was made fresh to order. The sweet tea was very good. I give it five stars and 2 thumbs up ??

Awful customer service, I ordered a chicken biscuit with bacon egg and cheese, and I got the bacon egg and cheese, but no chicken, and the person at the drive thru was rude and had an attitude.

My mom went to the drive through and after paying she was told to wait at window 1 until she was told to go to window 2. My mom asked why is that because by the time she gets to window 2 her food was ready and cold, remind you there was no car in front of her. When she was talking to the cashier the lady closed the window on her and turned her back, so my mom pulled forward. When she got her food at the window everything was cold. I called to speak to the manager and this boy said he was the manager, so I asked for a name which he refused to give to me. I explained to him that the call was being recorded and I needed a name to file a complaint and he still refused and hung up on me. I called 3x and each time I explained that I needed a name. He was so rude and argumentative and didn’t care to fix the problem. Now I’m filing a complaint through corporate office. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this Burger King cause it’s the worst one in Columbus unless you want cold food and poor customer service and don’t even try to explain anything to a manager cause you won’t get a real manager.

Service was very good fries were hot the burger was cool but good would prefer it a bit warm but for the most part good.

Customer Service is absolutely positively rude. I just ordered 2 sausage, Double Bacon, with egg croissant. I got Double Bacon, with egg no sausage. I went back in there told them my order was wrong. They want me to pay extra for Sausage Patty. I said my order twice to cashier.Never again ??

It was great day and everything went well, not crowded and laid-back.
