Burger King on Airport Thruway is my favorite. The atmosphere is calm and it's always clean and they serve my food the way I ask for it.

Although my orders are usually correct...This time, even after speaking to the cashier to confirm the order...it was still incorrect ☹️

Great location off Macon Rd and near I-185 and excellent coupons for dining for 2 adults and child under 10 bucks, wow!

The food I ordered was cold like it was sitting up for hour's and the manager refused to take care of the issue.

Stay away from this location poor customer service. Stopped here last night to get my grandbabies something to eat. I also ordered a whopper value meal the meat was under cooked, when I returned the sandwich I was verbally and physically assaulted at the drive thru by the manager Lynn She cussed me out and balled up the receipt and threw it at me not wanting to give me a refund. She could have put my eye out or even worse hit one of my grand babies. Then when I went to report this to the store Manager Scott he is trying to uphold her in her actions.I have filed a complaint with the Coperate office. it was very traumatic for my granddaughter as well as myself. She was horrified when we pulled into another Burger King later. I have not received any type of apology from these people. And I can't reach anyone in management or the franchise owners

In my humble opinion, it seems quicker to put your face mask on and go inside instead of waiting behind someone's exhaust fumes to place your order!!!

Polite, clean and the food was good. Hash browns were crispy and hot. Eggs were fresh. Fountain drink was a little weak but still good.

Drive thur server was very rude when I asked for a 10 piece nugget, worst service ever .. don't work night shift if everything bothers you!. Me wanting 2 extra nuggets means be rude..no way

Okay... so I go to this Burger King and tryed to order a double burger. I'm waiting patiently in line and the manager tells me that this lane is closed and then if I wanted to order I need to drive all the way around which the other lane had a long line of cars. I was tge last car in my lane. So I proceeded to just go to the 1st. window and place my order and pay for it there. As I pulled up to the 1st window the cashier said. The manager told her not to take my order. So I proceed to the 2nd window and waited patiently until somebody came. Finally Ms Lynne or Lynn the manager came to the window. I asked her why couldn't I place my order. She said the lane was already closed when I got here. Ms. Lynn was very rude and said that if I wanted to order that I have to turn back around or come in and order one item a double cheeseburger. Miss Lynn was very disrespectful and I have seen her talk to her associates even in a disrespectful way She complained about her having a short staff that as we all know that everywhere around us and restaurants that we go have a short staff it does not give you the right to talk to anybody or mistreat your customers. I am a manager myself and I know it can be frustrating at times but you never talk to anybody any kind of way. if it wasn't for the customers what helps pay our bills and keep our jobs. I really pray she has a better day tomorrow!!
