They need to hire some NEW people in there, they are very rude and they look like they don't want to be there. They ice cream was good tho.
My family and I went here for my Birthday. I got the Southern Banana Pudding. We all enjoyed our conversations and my flowers and birthday cards that were given to me. ? Even though the weather was hot, it made the Birthday even better with our ice cream. ? Thank you Brewsters for the best ice cream .?
It was late at night bout to close and I’m a dasher there was no cars in the drive thru and on the side where the pick up window was a lot of cars was right there and as a woman I rather just go thru the drive thru to get my pick up order so I can feel safe the lady had the nerve to tell me I need to get out my car and go around to get my order when she could of been nice and considerate to turn around and grab the bag and hand it to me it was ALREADY ready I could see if they had to make it and I was taking there drive thru line up but I wasn’t so I had to get out and get it we live in a crazy world trying to make the same money it takes 1 second to make someone’s Job easier and not hard if your having a bad day it could of took her 1 second to hand me the bag I just thought that was so outrageous where is her customer service at ? These attitudes have to go that’s one crazy employee I haven’t had nothing so small turn into something so big in a whole I usually don’t even write reviews but this one had to be told
Ordered a Pint of Keylime pie tonight. It was maybe 3 small scoops. Completely empty. Those black girls in there are awful.(I’m black) The lines are ridiculously long to not put any ice cream in the cup! If you can’t scoop ice cream right, QUIT!!
Good, friendly service. Drive thru audio poor but server made sure she had correct order. Excellent ice cream. The only disappointment was the straws for the milkshake, too short for the large milkshake, too small to accommodate any but basic and not thick milkshakes. All flavors of ice cream I have tried have been really good. Right now they are promoting strawberry shortcake.
I went through the drive through and asked for a hot fudge Brownie sundae. As I was driving away I thought the order looked small so I stopped and looked at it closely and found there was no Brownie.I went back through and explained what happened and they said that was what I ordered. I said no I didn't and you charged me for the Brownie. They fixed the correct order and charged me for another Brownie. I said wait you are charging me again. I said you need to reverse both orders you charged me for and ring the new order and it will be correct. Except they charged more than the price on the order screen. Won't be going there again. Baskin Robbins has better ice cream anyway. ?

Drink was watered down. They was rushing and gave me a drink instead of my Italian ice. Taste was watery and also the milk shakes they made was watered down. Too expensive to be playing with people money like that. Whoever back there playing in the ingredients need to be fired.

Preordered me a cake. Told me I can’t use the drive thru, I had to walk up while wearing my pajamas. And didn’t have my cake ready. Had to wait another 20 mins just for them to write Happy Birthday. Been a customer with them for over 10 years. Will not ever order cake from them again.
