Service is uneven. All the food is good, except the filet, which is chewy and laced with fat. Temperature is kept very low, presumably for staff. Music selection is appropriate for a dance club is on volume high enough for the staff to enjoy. When we asked the wait staff to lower the volume to allow conversation, the response from manager was that “the volume is preset by corporate and impossible to adjust.” Enjoy!
My wife & me were ? our 10yr Anniversary. It was a ? with our kids as well. (My daughter took the picture). For a Wednesday it was busy, including a rainstorm, so we could not pay with card but we always carry cash. The salmon & gnocchi is good if they would have got my order corrrect but instead I was served shrimp with pasta, and the kids meal (fish strips and green beans were cooked) the kids did not complain. Furthermore, my wife's ? was not cooked fully and the vegetables were bland. We have made it customary to eat here at least once a year but next year will be debatable. However, the waitress was delightful and very helpful to get us our order correct and hot. Thank you.
I went in right at 10pm and they close at 11, I sat at the bar and my experience was wonderful. I got hot bread and my drink Stat, the bartender was great! My food was tasty and warm so it was A+ for me!
I have been to Bone Fish Gtill 3 times in the last two weeks. First time was pretty good, second time disappointing due to service, not food and then today. Today was an excellent visit. Server was a young lady named Kennedy. She was great, got drink and food order, brought back bread and then brought food out. Food (pasta with salmon) was really good. She even brought a second glass of tea out before I finished the first glass. The drink is a big thing for me because I can't stand to eat with an empty drink glass. Kennedy revisited my table no less than 5 times to check on me. Will be back and hope that this type of service will be the standard. This young lady should be on the team training new servers.
5 tables seated when i arrived at 8pm. Never received a visit from a server to take my order despite multitides of employees milling around, including the manager sitting on a bench having a casual conversation with one of his employees about 10 feet away. I left after about 15 minutes. 2 stars is generous for this location but I do love the franchise.
Hostess and our waiter, Joshua were great. We ordered drinks and a Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer. My husband ordered the Cod Imperial as his entree and was told they didn’t have. So, he ordered the filet mignon and crab cake. I ordered the filet mignon. His filet was the end piece of the tenderloin and he was unable to chew it. He had Joshua return the filet to the manager. The manager took half the price off our ticket. He wasn’t even able to eat half of the filet. We were very disappointed in our experience and the fact that nearly a $100 dinner was subpar. We were there for a medical appointment and have to return to Columbus next month, however, we won’t be dining at Bonefish Grill.
A great atmosphere to hang out and take family or friends. The food tasted fresh and had wonderful flavors to it. Service was attentive and quick. Staff was kind and helpful.
My order was a takeout but, I did order inside. I was immediately greeted upon entering and was able to place my order due to an accessible to go menu at the door. My order was expeditiously given to me and my portions were generous. The only negative was my side salads were in a small bag that was not sealed. Otherwise, service was outstanding.
Our server was really nice and attentive! She suggested that we not order fries or the fish and chips due to my allergic reactions to shell fish. Apparently, all of their fried foods are cooked in the same oil!!!!! My filet mignon was tender and well seasoned. We were seated at a nice table! Very, very happy the ceiling fans were turned off!!!
Ate here on 2/11. Said they were short staffed, 3pm. Took a few minutes to get seated when the whole restaurant was pretty much open. We have not been here in 4, maybe 5 years. Got bang bang shrimp and crab cakes for appetizers. Crab cakes were good the bang bang shrimp is not what I remembered it being. Fish and chips for main course as I was not real hungry. Daughter got mussels and did not care for them. This being the whole reason we came here. She asked the server about them and the server said they may have ran out of Sherry? Hmm. For the price of everything, I will not be coming back. At least for another 4-5 five years.
