Apparently they close at 3:00 now? When they are open service is pretty slow.
Not open half the time. When they are, they're rude. Lady handed my food and immediately walked away and shut the window. I had no time to ask for condiments or anything. I wish this place would finally just go out of business so we can finally get a store here that wants to do business.
After getting screwed at the Airport location. I went to this location in an attempt to complete my family's request for Bojangles. I know this restaurant has been open for lunch but at 5 PM it was locked tight and no signs. Believe me that this will not be my only complaint.
Terrible, Terrible, & Terrible. Just read the review below me, they are all correct. Already tried to report to corporate, but this location and the other two, do not have a way to report. The owner has made all reports go to him directly, which he obviously does not read nor care about. The only way to resolve this problem is to boycott the restaurants. Best product in town, worst management in the world.
This may be the only review I've done for a fast food restaurant. I was visiting here from up north and thinking I could expect some southern hospitality. This restaurant offered everything but that. When we walked in we couldn't find anyone behind the counter or as far back as we could see. We tried calling out hello multiple times, It wasn't until I called the store from the counter did 2 people appear, and the lady who helped us wasn't friendly at all, had a borderline rude attitude. Since only 2 people appeared I assumed maybe they were the only ones there and were busy, but then 4 more workers appeared, and I was left wondering why no one was within earshot of customers coming in. I haven't even tried my food and I'm already put off. Would not come back here.
Employees are lazy and miserable. Can’t ring in orders correctly or make sure the correct items are in the bag. No more chances and good luck with your unsatisfactory operation.
I never write reviews, but this place was terrible. Asked for extra seasoning, got no seasoning. Got charged for the cheese I added to my sandwich and didn’t get any cheese. My 4 piece supreme had 4 of the smallest pieces of chicken they had. Ordered a large sweet tea, they gave me a medium and gave an attitude when I asked for the large. Would rate 0/5 if it was an option. All of this happened in one trip to the drive thru.
Sitting in this line at the window and done watched 3 cars leave Zaxby's and these people haven't even taken my money. The lady Kimberlee at the window has the worst customer service I've ever received from any Bojangles ever. I honestly had to tell her that if she doesn't like her job she needs to find a new one.
Got there at 6 AM when they supposedly open and there wasn't a single car there. Eventually 2 cars showed up 5 minutes after 6. After they were hanging out in the parking lot for another 10 minutes, I was approached by one of the workers and asked if I worked there as if there's no reason for me to be at this restaurant right now if I don't work there. I said no, I don't work here I was just showing up because it says you open at 6. To this the lady literally replies. Nah we runnin late this morning. Judging by her lack of concern and unapologetic attitude I'd imagine this is a very common occurrence. Not to mention if it's one worker that shows up late I can understand but if both of you come rolling in around the same time it's like you planned for it. Corporate needs to step in ASAP and fix both the victory drive location and this one.
OMG where are my fellow chicken lovers? This chicken is the bomb but the place is dead! We scored a sweet deal on a 12-piece with 6 biscuits and did not regret a single bite. Go get you some. Ahora!
