Usually have a good experience here but last night I ordered an item, and the employee gave it out even as it was damaged and was just leaking all over the place. Hope this never happens again.
The staff was late teenager's to early twenties and were so polite and helpful. All 3 greeted us when we came in. Each took one of our orders to get us through the line quickly. They were constantly restocking items and cleaning while we were there. Very clean location.
honestly, it’s amazing!! i go there when i have time with my sister and it’s so good and if i had a car I’d prob go every day.. 100% recommend
One of the teens that work here tried to steal my debit card. She claims she just forgot to hand it back to me, but gave me an attitude when I asked for it back and the manager (guessing) had to tell her to give it back to me. Was close to calling the police on her.
Clean store, good ice cream, and fresh waffle cones.
I cannot recall a bad exprience with this place. They usually do not have the flavor I like, but most of them do not serve it. My nieces love the ice cream. Update: Wild and Reckless is back.
Staff was friendly. You can dine in or out! It was clean inside. The new kids creations were amazingly cute and delicious. I got the same thing I always get and so did my husband. I get the Oreo milkshake and no one has made one better than them. We come here often to treat our daughter to ice cream.
You might want to get better staff. My daughter and I come in and eat ice cream often until one of your employees started being rude to my daughter and told her to quit staring at her and her coworkers. Then called her a little kid. Very inappropriate and now my daughter does not feel comfortable or safe coming in. I think her name is Kayla.
