The 1 star is 4 all the lovely ladies in the front - they were amazing however the food.... The Cheese steaks were drier than the Sahara desert. I swear these were the absolute worst cheese steaks we've had. I took 2 bites and couldn't do it...money WASTED - I started 2 go 2 another establishment but chose WNB. Smh
Wings were the size they are supposed to be. A lot bigger than many wing spots near Old Nat. I had a 10 piece combo, half split wings. Only issue I had was that the fries are cut super thick and aren't cooked crispy enough. Staff were nice and professional Service was qick.
Eat at least once a week here. Change up sometimes. Philly didn't have my extra cheese nor grilled onions that was ordered additional. The onion rings tasted as if they were pre-cooked and held under a heat light. Soft. The fries was not cooked COMPLETELY. Undone, soft, and soggy. Employee had a nasty attitude and 0% customer service.
This place is nothing like the Cascade location. The portions are small. I ordered boneless wings they were the size of bite size nuggets and the smallest serving of rice. I asked for my money back and the cashier was not able to process a simple refund. The customer service is poor and I will never come back.
Horrible customer service! I will never order from this location again. I placed an order online which defaults to door dash and was given the wrong order. When I called the restaurant to tell them they accidentally got 2 orders mixed up the young, unprofessional girl answers the phone and tells me she can’t do anything and lies saying a “coworker showed me the food” which was a lie. They refused to remake my order and refused to give me a refund for the food I ordered and never received. She also claimed she was asking a manager what to do but refused to put the manager on the phone like I requested. A call was made to corporate!
The"Not closed on Sunday" Chicken Sandwich is the Absolute Worse Sandwich that I have ever eaten. Why would you put two chicken strips on a sandwich that's tough as rubber and serve it to amother Human. Terrible Experience, Never again!!!
Worst customer service ever. After two incorrect orders of the most expensive burgers in Atlanta, and the “manager” tells me “don’t eat here” disgusting.
This is a chicken Philly I ordered through door dash. This is hands down the worst Philly I have ever had. The chicken was dry, there was no mayo or any type of condiments on it. Was so disappointed.
I did a call in here at this location yesterday and the girl that took my order told me, my order will be ready in 15 mins. When arrive the African black girl was closing so I told her I was there to pickup my order I had a call in. She instantly told me my order not ready. They were closed and will not be cooking anymore food. So I asked her, how does that work and why didn't the girl who took my order over the phone tell me that ?? I told the girl on the one I stayed down the street I'm on my way. Just to get there to not to get my food. Ill never be back here !!!!!!!!!!!!! They really should just close this location honestly !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Staff was friendly. The food is cooked fresh so expect to wait awhile. All of my food was hot fresh and dayum good!!! Even the the lemonade was fresh and good.
