The food is good but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I’m a business owner of five years & I believe customer relations is EVERYTHING.They won’t greet you when you walk up to the window, I stood there for 3 minutes without being acknowledged, then when I said Hi, I’m here to order my food the lady with hardly any edges says “OH YOU GONE HAVE TO GIVE ME A MINUTE”.. I’m like oh okay, no problem but deep down inside I wanted to jump across the counter. Like wow, you couldn’t even give me a proper greeting?But the worse employee of them all is the man who works there. His attitude is overly disgusting. They way he talks is SO RUDE.It’s like they hate their job or they don’t want to be there. My 7 year old loves their food, but I’ll be an Angel in heaven before I ever even think about visiting this establishment again.This place needs to close until they get some new employees who actually care about the business they are working for.If I was the owner of this establishment, I would have the staff take a very in-depth customer relations etiquette training.They gone get nasty with the wrong person one day if things don’t change..CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE THE LIFE OF YOUR BUSINESS.
I was told by someone that this establishment had great wings. I decided to take a trip out. The sign says closed at 9:00 p.m., I arrived before 8:30 p.m. ro be told we're closed. My reply was, YOU HAVE A SIGN THAT HAS 9p.m. Her reply back " CLOSED." She didn't even show her face! And you wonder why we as a race can't get along. NEVER AGAIN!!
it sucks that literally every employee ALWAYS has an attitude bc their food is really good. The customer is HORRIBLE..they’re always mad because they’re busy??? The last time I went the lady yelled “IM NOT TAKING NO MORE ORDERS FOR 20 MINUTES IM ALREADY BACKED UP!” as if it was my fault lol. people gotta realize it’s the way they say things. Every employee is like that though and it makes you not wanna eat there bc their vibes are so off.
Smallest wings ever. At a dollar a wing, this is robbery. Given two stars simply for the fact that they taste all right. Literally one white wings, and not a big bite.
Wings are very small, and a little salty but the flavor was good, the service was decent and fast, if you are hungry a 20 peice want do it, more like a snack but prices are going up can't blame them for giving you the smallest chicken for a profit
The little hut in the parking lot has been serving good wings consistently for years. I love it! Satisified as always
People raved about how good this place was. It was honestly meh. The chicken was so salty and for the price I expected delicious, hot, juicy wings. They were dry and salty. I was quite disappointed. I would not try this food again.
Really a great surprise. Food was really good. Don't sleep on them like I did. I'm wide awake now. Have return several times since my first visit.
The wings were off the chain great. If you want great wings this is the place to go
