Horrible service. First time ever eat a Waffle House. The waiter was out side smoking when we arrived. didn’t have a pen to take order, gave us someone else’s order. Kept forgetting which items went to which table. Had to take my order together while my bf sat there ate theirs. Then we I told the cook what I had, they made it wrong. Didn’t even care to eat it nor wanted it anymore. HORRRIBLE SERVICE FOR A FIRST TIMER!!!!!!
Terrrible Experience , Wasnt Greeted Gaynell Was Very Rude , Girl With Colorful Hair Going Back And Fourth With The Other Employees . Instead Of Greeting Everyone Who Had Walked In And Once I Said GoodMorning Could We Place A To Go Order Gaynell Was Very Rude And Said No Because She Was Only One Person But There Were Several Other People Behind The Counter That Couldve Helped Her . So I Jus Decided To Leave ! I See Why They Have So Many Terrible Reviews !
This Waffle House was pretty busy with people coming in and out for their food. The tables were busy too. We dined in, but the was some kind of issue with who was supposed to serve our table, but a young man got our drink order. We sat there for a while and were about to walk out when the young man smilingly came back to our table to take our orders. We later found out that someone else was supposed to be our server. Our food came quickly. The bacon still had fat on it, but the grits, eggs, and toast were good. The coffee was very flavorful and hot.
Quite disappointing! Haven't had this in years.....so I decided to stop by during my trip to Georgia and definitely not what I expected. I went into three (3) different locations close by and they have either the dining section closed, then other one the line was so long for taking orders that I decided to leave after a 20mts wait....and on my third, I sat on the bar, order but waitress was so stress taking orders for carryout, answering calls and placing orders, so my food was brought in separately and not with the quality I remembered tasting and made me to come back this time.....so it was not the best per say!
Not bad, not exactly liking the new carry out only practice but they seem to be handling it. Overall nice experience.
Old National Highway Waffle House is as usual as before serving good food but dining in, only to go.
Besides all the cords running from inside the building to somewhere outside my food was good, we had to order from the window but it was like 2am
Oscar is horrible and mean to the customers for no reason. Nella said it. I'm here from out of town to get married and it was the worst experience I've had all because of him. Miss gaynell was nice to come and stop him fussing
The food was good and tasty I had ham, eggs and gritts bowl. The cheese was questionable it was sliced cheese like for a burger it should've been graded cheese. The waiter brought the silverware to me in a cup of hotwater which left me wondering if was clean at all. The floor needs mopping. The place is popular, it was busy while I was there. The staff was in good spirits and was fast with each order almost no wait time. Not a bad experience but not a great one either. I came to Georgia to see family as we had a loss I always have high expectations of service and great food in Georgia from mt childhood. To my Georgia has the best food anywhere in the country.
The food was good, it was a different kind of WH I've never been to one with a walk up window. All in all a good eat.
