I traveled all the way from Columbus Ga to eat to just to be greeted with a RUDE cashier! Not only Did I WALK OUT BUT TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS!! Work on your customers service at this location!! Very disappointed
Food was pretty decent. I took 2 stars because I feel you all can do a better job with not cross contaminating food. As you see in the photo I ordered sweet potato soufflé (green beans was my other side) only to find macaroni noodles mixed in my potatoes. My toddler is allergic to pasta. Had I not ate into the sides first, this review would’ve read very different.
This is my first time eating food from this location. My wife’s turkey chops plate was missing the rice and the cornbread is EXTREMELY BLAND! My wife ordered our food with a group of her coworkers. If we had actually picked the food up, we would have taken it back.
How are you going to be a big woman with a bad attitude ? I like the food but Im not going to continue to pay for someone to sell me something like I owe them my business. She is just one bad apple...the others have been great but for me..its a matter of principle. I walked out and took my $20+ dollars with me. I'll come back in a year....hopefully the 95 rating will be at least a 98 and there will be better employees...
What a waste of time and money I paid $12 for a plate of bones and hard over cooked rib tips meat they don't even smoke their ribs its baked straight from HELL!!! D&D bar b q on sylvan rd is wwwaaayyy bbbeetter!!! Than this total waste of a restaurant only reason I gave 2 stars is because of juice I bought go their at your own risk!!!!
The food is always on point and the catering service is the best!! Mr. Copeland and his team are amazing.

This store had the nerve to sell me old chicken covered in bbq sauce, watery sour tasting mac and cheese, texas toast burnt and drenched in oil. You can wring the toast like a wet rag. I called the store and asked for the manager who stated she would put my name in a complaint book for a meal replacement. NEVER EVEN OFFERED AN APOLOGY!!!BEWARE OF WHAT STORES YOU ORDER FROM UBER EATS!! THEY CHEAT CUSTOMERS BY Giving SMALLER PORTIONS AND CHARGING MORE FOR GARBAGE!!! They did not even deserve the 1 star!!
