The food was trash!! Never again
This might be my last time I visit this establishment because the Seafood Cafe in Riverdale is a WHOLE LOT BETTER. I've been coming to the Crab Boil for some time and the quality of cooking /food is on the decline. The 3 stars is for the fried shrimp and strawberry lemonade. But this trip today...my wings were horrible and the "anduoillie" sausage questionable. First for $3.00, you get a sausage cut in 4s. If you go to Seafood Cafe, you get a nice size portion and they are cooked fully and cut so you don't feel like you eating Vienna sausage. Today's wings were really pale in color and unsprinkled with lemon pepper. Mind you I never asked for Sweet Lemon pepper. I could go on, but SEAFOOD CAFE IS BETTER THAN Crab Boil.
Negative stars. Let me say this was an Uber Eats order. That has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of food this business sent out the door. The delivery was early and professional. This food was totally inedible. Aside from the fact the the crab legs were so tiny the are almost the size of my small hand, they were over cooked, no seasoning, the chicken sausage that was supposed to be included was burnt and as small as a pecan. Everything about this was just wrong. This restaurant has got to do better. It all went in the trash because it made me so angry that I spent $70 on this trash! DO BETTER!!!!!
First off if I could give a zero I would!! I use to eat here months ago and it was really good at first! But lately it’s horrible my bag is dry overcooked taste old like it has been pre cooked weeks ago! I love seafood so I know how it should taste, this IS NOT IT!! We spent to much money to get home and I can’t even eat it! smh ??♀️ Some one please refund us! I ask for manager they said they didn’t have one tonight call later tomorrow smh.
I tried this because l was in the area! The seasoning was the bomb but, the sausage was burnt no taste! The hush puppies were raw uncooked on the insideDo better please the customer service is superb
I ordered Food via delivery Service as I had flown all day for a week full of Meetings. The hotel front staff told me to try this place. The menu looked appealing. Unfortunately as a Corp Executive Chef for North America, My Taste buds were Disappointed, and my Wallet was$28.00 Emptier. The Cajun pasta claimed it was full of Chicken,shrimp,Sausage in Cajun Alfredo Sauce. I was able to locate 1 piece of Shrimp,?,4 Small cube diced Pieces of a Chicken Tender, 2 pieces of Sausage that was way over cooked (charred) were it didn't taste like sausage. The pasta was a good amount 6-8 ozs. But there was no Alfredo. The pasta was covered in a heavy dose of Cajun seasoning. Which left the pasta unediable. The side order of 4 hush puppies were extremely dark and tasted of dirt fryer oil. My stomach is empty as is my wallet$28.00 lighter. I as a Corp chef would want to know what taking place in my Kitchen if I am not around to Supervise my Kitchen Staff. I attempted to call 4 times over a 35 min time frame and the phone was continually Busy???
Sorry folks this was not good… chicken and shrimp pasta. A whole plate of paste, 5 shrimp and over grilled dried out chicken isn’t going to make the cut at $16 & change. I wish I could upload the pix?? Not a satisfied customer.
Great food family oriented business the siblings at the counter were very professional service was quick and they took care of every need before I had to ask will be back Dine in or carry out
Crystal was great. Very attentive. The food was great. Got the crab bag with dry rub and the garlic butter. Definitely coming back.
I ended up getting the whole Sha Bang it was pretty good it came w/ 2 Clusters of snow crabs 8 shrimp potatoes and eggs. They offer many different sauces I choose Sweet Lemon Pepper which was good.
