Well I will start here. When I walked in I heard some guy in the food prep area talking and cussing amongst the other crew members. I felt that was inappropriate for a place of business. Not only were they out of the Mexican pizza, but also nachos and a few other things I inquired about including the Freeze drinks. The young lady sweeping the floor was rude. The sad part about it I usually visit this location about twice a month and I always have a pleasant experience there but today they dropped the ball. I just left without ordering anything.
The Manager had her 2 dogs sitting outside of the restaurant in the back while she was inside working. Disgusting and I’m sure this must be against a code. April 22 at 9:00 pm. I asked about the dogs and the worker at the window smirked and stated that the barking dogs belonged to the manager. The manager came to the window and asked was there a problem and I replied no not as long as she didn’t touch me good and then she proceeded to hand me my bag which I threw away.
Ghetto...I was told by an obese medium brown young woman with fake braids that I couldn't use the bathroom until AFTER a purchase...as if they assume the worst of customers (and mind you, I'm not bummy or drug addict-looking). I was planning to buy something after using the restroom but they lost business due to their inconsiderate, negative approach. Guarding a few cents worth of water made them lose a couple of dollars. Idiotic. Ghetto logic I guess. When I said I want paying off I couldn't use the bathroom, the fast woman said "Bye-EEE" as if trying to be cute - sassy. Try that when you're actually logical, considerate, and 100 pounds lighter. Matter of fact, don't do that at all while you're supposed to be professional and welcoming.
They gave the wrong burrito. But it was late and the line was too long to go back. Very disappointing. Then they were out of mild sauce, so that was inconvenient as well
I am so proud of Taco Bell the server at the window is always Pleasant he sounds excited he always gets the order correct the food is fresh and hot awesome job Taco Bell the last several times I've been there good customer service
Mobile order pick up is what I tried to do on the app it ask if you wanna pick up in store or drive thru I pick drive thru and the lady at the speaker was super rude and say the only way you can get it is if you come inside.
I ordered food through door dash and it was disgusting! I ordered steak on my burrito, chalupa and taco only to get that old nasty seasoned beef. The mountain Dew tasted like light green alka seltzer. Terrible experience will NEVER choose them again. I hate I have to give 1 star to post. As an independent business in an urban area I want to expect more but know it will never come.... sad
The lady who took my order was SO SWEET. I’ve had a tough time lately and her kindness turned my day around! Food came out hot and my taco looked like the one in the picture. 5 stars well deserved!
The food wasn't bad it's just dislocation you have to buy something before you can use the restroom which I walked in buying something anyway but I had to use the restroom so bad but they make sure to tell me that I had to pay before I can use the bathroom
I just love Taco Bell if they can get your order correct.
