Customer Service is bad. No knowledge out what the business and its first subway is all about or the map on the walls of manhattan and brooklyn.It's in every subway for a reason.

The young man that served me was very nice and made my Spicy Italian footlong sub delicious. I appreciated his happy attitude and good team work with colleagues. Wishing him the best for his future.

Workers were friendly cheerful and talkative. He made my sandwich just the way I wanted. Superb service

The staff had a great attitude. Friendly service makes a big difference at any subway. Five stars on having fresh toppings as well. It’s great to have a parking lot with plenty of empty spaces for quick entry and exit. Would highly recommend

Will never go again hope these to get fired .. After waiting in line 15 minutes they was in there cussin cause the manager left and went home so they told us they not making no more sandwiches and we asked why not they cussed me and 4 other people out cause we was wondering why yall need a manager to make sandwiches The young lady with the braids and the young man with the tattoos on his neck.. Your subway is going to go under if they stay working there.. They was that mad that he left and it was only 4 of us in there.. I will never every come back there and i will let everyone i know who eat there dont eat at that one.. Only in the black neighborhood do we get treated like shit

Spectacular service along with a great sandwich.

I tend to order through GrubHub or UberEats, this Subway location has been superb on the quality if the manager is present working!

I go in & asked if they could grab a soft slice of bread that I could see & the guy who was there at first got the loafs & I tried to be more specific so I told him to go to bottom row from where I could see & I noticed he went way to floor so I told him not all the way there & he decided to walk away instead of taking the order, got mad & walked off so the other young lady who’s at the register comes to make the order & already had an attitude when I asked where was the manager so when I went over the same issue about wanting a loaf on the row I could see I got specific I told her the 5th row the rack in the back that is visible to me so she claims they don’t usually do that with an attitude & I was telling her I’ve been there before & done exactly this & had no issue & ended up leaving because she was talking over me & just was so rude & there was no management. But I called & a lead was there & he said he’d speak to them about the situation hopefully

The server with the red hair needs to cover her nose with her mask. Then when I asked to cover her nose while handling my food she just walked away. And with flies flying around you all should keep the food covered up
