So I went to this establishment I noticed I left my debit card that I use for recreational purchase at home. So I used my capital one debit card that I ONLY use for my car payment; in which the payment is through the routing number and account number. So the next day I started receiving fraudulent text alert from my bank. Someone maxed out my account. I didn’t understand because I was still in possession of the card. My bank informed me that someone scanned my card and stole my information. This is the only place I used this card in a year. No online purchases No nothing!! I don’t wanna just call someone a theft but it’s very suspicious. The guy at the window was very nervous when I came back to the window to inform him my order was incorrect. I’m trying not to point the finger but all roads point to this establishment. And I’m definitely not returning.
I guess the employees close the store whenever they want to smh walk in the lobby at 8:15pm and employees tell me oh you gotta leave we closed big homie we only taking orders at the drive thru so we can go ahead and clean the lobby we tryna get out of here tonight….told them I’m already in here and my girl have to use the bathroom and the response I got back was yeah we feel that but we closed so we can clean up
Don’t do it. This place is horrible and should be permanently closed due to incompetent staff….They have no idea what is on their menu. They will give you whatever they want to and then argue and lie about what you ordered. If you must eat here please check your order thoroughly before driving off.
I was waiting for intercom to ask for my order and it was just pop as if someone was coming on but no one. I pulled up to the window and was told that no orders could be taken at the window because the lady on the headset is taking orders. 20 minutes wasted and I wasn't about to get back in line. I know there's gotta be better customer service than this. I normally don't write reviews
Rude, unprofessional, extremely rude laughing in my face when I pulled to come and pick up my door dash order had to wait 30 mins for a order that was already ready btw, instead of solving a simple problem they made a bigger one even pulled out a phone like they where gonna call police on me over me telling them I can’t wait in the drive thru line for a order that’s been ready 30-40 mins ago. Mar-12 at 9:15 that whole staff need to be violated I’m calling corporate in the morning. Got everything recorded as well
Work on customer service!! Must need new management. I love long lines because it means fresh food. I was specific with my order and they got it right.
DONT RECOMMEND !!! MY MOM PURCHSED HER FOOD ,RECEIVED HER FOOD BUT NOTICE THAT THE YOUNG LADY THAT HAD GIVEN HER HER FOOD DIDNT GIVE HER CARD BACK !! MY MOM WAS NICE ABOUT IT ! And MAYBE THOUGHT THAT SHE COULDVE DROPPED IT HER SELF , BUT NO SHE COULDNT FIND IT ANYWHERE SO SHE CALLED UP THERE AND THEY CONTINUALLY SAID THEY DIDNT SEE HER CARD . AS A MANGER OF THAT STORE HE/SHE SHOULDVE RAN THE CAMERAS BACK AND SAW IF THE EMPLOYEE TO MY MOMS CARD WHICH WE KNOW SHE DID !
This is not a 2piece maybe one and a half! I don't understand why they would give anybody a wing that looks like that, they should have put an extra piece in there if the meat was that small! I'm not going to comment on the mac and cheese because as you can see it not really nothing to say or eat!!!
Waited in D-thru 30min, they left off my Mac and cheese that I paid for and hottie sauce. Something ALWAYS wrong. I should have checked before I drove off. Going to a new location. Good bye Old NatL...
