Pizza was good haven't eaten here in a while. Called in order picked up in 20 minutes it was ready when I got lot of young folks standing around ? girl asked my name she got my ? just stood there so I asked you ready for me to pay she said mmhmm I said oh I didn't know you didn't say nothing. So I swiped my cash card she said it didn't go thru I said what's the error she said didn't go thru. I looked at my phone it showed paid and the amount showed she it to her she said oh and was waiting then got me to sign receipt and I got pizza and left. Not sure if she was trying to get me to swiped again to double pay but I wasn't doing it ?. They have a 96 score for the store. Google rating is very low I think 3 or 2 point something. Won't visit again ? save my money and cook more

If I could give no stars I would for this particular Pizza Hut restaurant at 6055 OLD NATIONAL HWY. #B. First I was stunned about how rude the associate was that answered the phone. She answered saying, "We not taking no more orders". I told her thank you for letting me know but that is not why I was calling. I stated my issue, she could not help me or. find my order and she gave the phone to an associate that stated she was the front counter manager. She was rude as well and when I asked for someone else in charge she puts me on hold and a guy picks up and says,"YES". I asked who was I speaking with he tells me you asked to speak with me yes. I responded and asked what was his name told him my problem and he was even ruder than the first 2 ladies I spoke with. Out of all the years that we have been ordering from this location even during the pandemic I have never received service like this. He state that he been at that location for 4 years and I told him I have been in this community for almost 30 years and never had an order cancelled without notification.

So I normally order pizza from highway 85 because I hate old national. But it was getting delivered, the order came fast. However the pizza was wrong & burnt. I called the store & spoke with a manager. Then 5 minutes later a young & very unprofessional, rude employee called me to tell me that I didn't pay for my order so I can't get it delivered. I explained my order was already delivered. She yelled we don't take cash you need a credit card. I informed her I already paid. She was very belligerent. So I hung up. Someone else called & tried to tell me I didn't pay again. I told her that her manager took my order was going to deliver it. The manager finally stepped in to correct her. After they tried to make me pay for a free pizza that the manager was remaking.

Employees are very rude. Food was not ready on time & employees said I had to wait 20 more minutes so I asked for a refund from the manager. One of the cashiers was great with handling my order. These are not the type of people you need at your franchise. My order was on Sunday May 1st, 2022 at 8:45. The employees on that shift do not need to be working for pizza hut

This place needs better management and service. I have to deal with this sorry location because of where I stay but i literally have a problem with my order every time!! it's either incorrect, overcooked, or not ready at the pick up time, almost all the employees have headphones in they ears and act like they don't have a solution to your problem the location is trash

I placed a online order and have it set for delivery I waited almost 5 hours. They tracker indicated the driver was on the way never showed.. I called the store to complain and they left me on hold for 30 minutes. I miss was hung up on so I went to the store because once again I ordered and paid online to get my pizz the act like the had no Idea about my order until I pulled out the confirmation. I was so upset with this whole entire situation I don’t want to ever order from Pizza Hut again and I’m a loyal customer.. so this is why I want ever give a 5 star rating

They need to fire everyone including the cook and start over. This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I came to pick up my order and was given to someone else and had to wait. Unprofessional and unorganized. FIRE EVERYONE. THE TIMe is 10:00pm on Friday the 25th of march.

I placed my online order and received my confirmation email at 8:19. It is now 11:09 and according to google this location is now closed. I've been calling for almost an hour now and no one is answering. When I decided to use 2 phones to call someone finally answered. I asked what was the status on my order that was placed over 2 hours ago, I was told to hold while he checked and he never came back to the phone. I even hung up one phone and called back. Now no one is answering again. My money was taken off of my card mean while I have to find something else for my family and I to eat. Well those of us who was able to hang and not fall asleep like my children

You could have what I order. No stuffed crust, order was canceled. This is not the first time either. Why is stuffed crust on the menu but never available?

I wish I could do no stars first of all why have delivery available if you don't have any delivery drivers? Make it make sense then you got my order wrong I ordered a meat lovers then crust pizza and. I was given a cheese pizza SMH! The phone had so much static in it when the lady called she had to repeat herself several times. This is the worst pizza hut that I have ever been too! SMH! THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER ANYTHING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
