I love the food and that it's a friendly neighborhood spot with regular customers on a weekly basic customers service is great
I ordered fish and when I got to the cashier I was charged for 2 pieces. I should have been informed that they were putting 2 pieces on the plate and it would be more. Or I should have been asked if I wanted 1 or 2 pieces.
Some old man was giving the cashier a hard time bc he couldn’t afford all his food he ordered. He held up the line for so long. I was going to leave 1 star. Also bc the kids meal now you don’t get chicken legs they giving out 1 BS tender or some nasty a** fish that my kid don’t eat. The manager/cashier lady gave my food free for the long wait & nobody was in the whole restaurant so I gave 4 stars instead of 1One
The customer service here is terrible..the cashier was rude and not customer friendly at all. The waitress was very nice and was on point with the service. The line staff looked like they were being forced to be here. The food is too salty, but tastes ok. After I looked at the reviews and rating, I see why it's so low. I'll never come again..
My last 2 visits and on Mother's Day the carrot soufflé was not sweet. We had to ask for cranberry sauce several times.
Hats off to Piccadilly's cafeteria for keeping the food prices consistent throughout the entire pandemic. While other small restaurants double or even triple their food prices Piccadilly's still was the best deal in town and for that I will forever support and recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The staff was very friendly. Even when I took my time they still smiled. My first time in a Piccadilly. Food was very good can't wait to go back and I got 2 plates. the cashier also can't forget her.
I’ve been eating here since 2018, but moved in 2020. Today i came to get my fav (carrot soufflé.) i got the fried chicken (thigh and leg) steamed broccoli and carrot soufflé. Even was horrible! Like I’m not even hard to satisfy. First the chicken was still pink/red inside, the broccoli was sooooo mushy and had an odd taste (maybe old/stale) and the carrot soufflé was cold (pan was still dang near full) and tasted nothing up to par. I gave 2 stars just because customer service was good. But food today was wayyyy off. Maybe they just had a bad day
The food was not good except for the baked chicken. Broccoli casserole was garbage. The waiting area has no condiments to offer like hot sauce . Just terrible . This place need to close. Some of the staff has attitudes. and the ticket of $40 wasn’t worth the food or attitude. Go somewhere else . You’ll be mad.
Food wasn't good for me. The food tastes like it's been sitting out for awhile. Wasn't fresh and its was lukewarm. Only thing was good was the dessert. Sad this place use to be awesome.
