Ordered a pizza waited for 2 hours finally called the place some woman said the delivery driver was on the way, waited another hour and they still never came and at this point it was closing time. Money was taken off my card and I wasn't refunded or anything, Definitely calling corporate as soon as they open this morning WORST service ever
Ordered online after 2hrs I called to get status on pizza delivery. Actually I called about 3 times. The ppl had attitude and was very short with me, including the "Manager", he was the worst. Needless to say this was the 2nd time this happened with this particular place. Anyway pizza finally showed up, Cold and almost 3 1/2 late. I wrote to corporate but I don't think it made a difference from reading some of the newer reviews.I really hope they get it together and practice on Good Customer Service ??.I definitely don't order from that particular restaurant anymore...

Renee the general manager should be fired along with MJ the manger. I place a 39.50 order the manger for the night calls me and said they don’t have the water I order that my order was reduced I said ok cool. Now I am a single mother on a budget so the rest of my money was for a Uber the next morning. Nope not only did they not reduce the amount they did another charge separately from this order for 11.07. So now I am pissed called spoke to MJ and this man talked to me like I was the problem ok I call corporate and the general manager Renee calls back. She is a poor representation of a manager and she need training on how to deal with customers. She talked to me like I was the issue. She told me they took the promotion off my ticket. I paid full price for my drinks they had nothing to do with the promotion and why didn’t the manger say that when they called. Renee then said if you don’t like how we do things don’t order from us. Wait what who made the mistake. I am so pissed I could scream. Papa John’s do better
The FIVE STAR IS FOR EBONYS CUSTOMER SERVICE & THATS IT. I arrived this morning at 10am this morning it was about 35 degrees I approached the door and there was a Caucasian man there saying he wouldn’t take my order from the inside because it’s not enough workers there ???? As if he had to seat me down at a table bring me a menu and serve me. Alll he had to do was take my order and payment. I haft planned on waiting around in the building it was freezing cold I was going to wait for my food in the car. Ebony who was sitting in her car when I arrived heard the entire conversation. She said “Ma’am good morning I work here I’ll be glad to take your order on the INSIDE” customer service was OUTSTANDING put a better taste in my mouth from before because I was TWO seconds away from spazzing. Not sure if it was because IM BLACK but I definitely feel discriminated against. I’ll never order food or spend money UNLESS Ebony is there.
Garbage service . Jan 31 , 2022 @ 9pm I get a woman that answers the phone saying she has nothing to do after leaving me on hold for 30 min a d me calling back. She answers and don’t know I’m on the phone . She says she will get me to her supervisor then hangs up and now the store is closed . The worst I have ever experienced and they have my money with no food . This is terrible !!
Ordered a special : One large one topping pizza + 2 liter pizza for .... Then added wings and brownies.Wings ...older than the person who heated them. Pizza ..the dough looked moldy and did not have that papa johns signature flavor. I could have washed it down with the Pepsi that I never received , well the brownies were fine. Called store was on the phone with a ad that said "psst you are the best " for over an hour and no one ever answered. I understand sometimes you get overwhelmed but you still need to pay attention to your customers.
They cancelled my delivery and said nothing I called them a hour later to findout and the woman that answered the phone could careless about me as a valued customer!! Im never ordering from there maybe never again from PJ im sick of the awful service!
I waited patiently for almost 2 hours for my pizza and not only could I tell that my pizza had been dropped and an attempt to wipe sauce from the inside top of the box. It was also left at my door in the rain with no knock. All of my seasoning packets were literally sitting on my pizza. ?????
I'll never order delivery from this location again. My pizza looked like it was kicked around. Only getting 2 stars from me because the manager made another pizza and I picked it up.
