HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! PIZZA WAS HORRIBLE! I asked for a refund, and was told to bring my receipt. I bring the receipt that was not even a receipt. It was a survey, I explained to ALEX the HORRIBLE manager that this is the receipt his employee gave me, so why am I being faulted for YOU ALLS MESS UP!? ALEX had a very nonchalant attitude and basically said he was busy we will keep in touch. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN HERE! I've been to a few Mellow Mushrooms, but this one was different. My meal was absolutely fantastic. I'm not saying other Mellow Mushrooms aren't good, I'm saying this one is really good. Also, convenient location nearby to Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. I do recommend.
Had the Cloud 9 wings. They were excellent and absolutely loaded with the Parmesan Garlic sauce. Also had the spinach salad that had a bunch of toppings. Both items were delicious and they also had a large beer selection to choose from. This is my first time in Atlanta for work. Will definitely be coming back here to try the pizza on my next time through.
On the 2nd attempt they got our pizza right. Overall the pizza was very good. First time I’ve ever gotten whole pieces of bacon on my pie before. The pie needs more sauce on it. If you didn’t see it on the crust you would have said it wasn’t there. Mushrooms were also very limited. Service was not the best but it was acceptable. Very slow at girth g the first drink at the table and had to ask for refills. The other workers actually gave us better service. Nothing to knock your socks off. The place gives a little bit of a hipster vibe. Glad I tried it, but probably would not pick this over other great pizza places.
The service was extremely SLOW. My Range Rover was broken into and vandalized. I am a widow that was spending time with my two granddaughters ages 5 and 11. We were spending time together uplifting each other as we reflected on my deceased/their grandfather death. We overlooked the fact that the service was slow and the staff was unprofessional because our purpose was to enjoy each other. The horror of seeing my granddaughters frightened faces as it brought back memories of their grandfathers car fatality upset me to the upmost. I notified staff as they showed NO compassion. I requested that someone assist me with my crying granddaughters and the glass scattered inside of my vehicle. They told me they were too busy. We drove home 30 miles praying that glass wouldn’t fly around and cause us bodily injury. This is unacceptable. Would you treat your grandmother, mom, kids or your relatives this way?
Stumbled upon this place after picking up family from the airport. I was originally surprised by the prices ($15.99 for a small specialty pizza, nearly $30 for a large) but the pizza was delicious and we have leftovers. The crusty is the perfect amount of baked but soft with parmigiana on it. Typical short staffed place right now so it took a while to see our waiter and get our food, but that’s okay. I thought it was really nice the manager/owner came out to check on and say hi to all the table.OverLl, will be back when in town again.
Do not go here if you’re hungry or want good customer service , we were seated at a booth and waited for almost an hour and a half and wasn’t even acknowledged. They didn’t even ask us what we wanted to drink. Being busy is one thing but being plain disrespectful is another.
I waited 20 minutes past the,"Your pizza has 3 minutes" I was told. No pizza, no "sorry, we screwed up". Multiple people at the bar that ordered after me got their pizzas before I cashed out.
DO NOT GO HERE if you have a large group with kiddos. We waited over 2 hours for our pizzas! The waitress was attentive with our drinks/salads/wings so not sure what happened in the kitchen preparing the pizzas. The female manager was super RUDE but did allow a 15% discount for the delay after her unsolicited rant!!!
Dani was an excellent server and very attentive ! Quick service.
