This has to be the worst place on Old Nat. Customer service was terrible. They had one check out girl and she looked like she left the club and came straight to work. The other person was on the clock saying she was going to the store. We left because after waiting 15 min to place an order, the club gurl told us to put our order on the kiosks.....we left ! They need better workers ? Terrible place
The lobby was closed in 95 degree heat ok. The order taker was yelling at someone in the car ahead of me ok. The drive thru was at a crawl ok. After waiting that long to a free frappe to survive this heat I pull up to the window the lady asks what I ordered I say frappe and show her the code and she just says you had to say that at the intercom then just sat and stared at me until I pulled out of the drive thru line. Got to love that customer service.
This has got to be the worst Mc Donalds on the planet. I am from New Jersey and was down with my family passing through Atlanta, staying overnight. My daughter was hungry and I had her and her mom go back to the hotel and I would go grab food. I placed a mobile order and waited in line for an HOUR! Finally when I get to the order screen I told them I have a mobile order and gave them my order number. She tells me to go to the 2nd window. When I get there she tells me that they don't have a mobile order for me and tells me to call the app and get a refund. I explained to the manager that I was already charged. He tries to argue and fight me on it. I even showed them my receipt. They finally make my phone at the window and ofcourse the food was awfully made. The fish sandwich was dry and hard. It was disgusting. My daughter's sandwiches smelled very strange. I had to go back out and get food somewhere else. Never again will I ever come back to this Mc Donald's.
You can walk in but you have to order through the kiosk and one older guy walked out when they told him because what they don't realize is that a lot of older people don't know how to operate kiosk, computers and etcetera. It took me a few minutes to figure it out myself and before I could tell him that I'd do it for him, he had walked out. Consider the elderly when you come up with all this new stuff. They like to eat out too.??♀️
After a late arrival into the US it was good to nip across to Mc D's to grab some food.. Whilst the drive through was busy, the service was good and quick and food good as expected. Thank you!
The inside is closed… but for whatever reason this drive thru is SLOW. If you have NO customers inside why TF does it take 40 mins to get thru this drive thru? What the hell are the employees doing inside this place? Don’t come here
Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible service. I LITERALLY waited 30 minutes for a mobile order for them to serve me a burned plain chicken sandwich when I ordered a deluxe. I took the sandwich back just to wait another 25 minutes. Meanwhile the rest of my order just sitting there getting cold. Then their apology was to try to offer me a free cookie. I just want what I paid for, served in a fast & friendly environment. Now I don't have an appetite anymore & I'm still angry as hell when I don't even get mad. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
This dining room is small and has a small service çounter. This McDonalds also doesn't have a soda machine in the dining room like most McDonalds in the area.
Did a curb side pick up order on the app at the McDonalds on Old National this evening. Waited 10 mins for them to bring it out and when the lady brought my meal out she asked did I do a curb side order I said yes. She then proceed to say “ Y’all need to stop being lazy and come in to get y’all food bc we be forgetting about y’all.” I then told her “y’all need to stop being lazy and do your job.” She then asked did I order a McFlurry I said no I didn’t know your ice cream machine was working she then said it’s not and walked away then turned around and screamed it is but you have to come in. This is the most unprofessional place to order food from.
Terrible customer service, this location tried to refuse me getting just one extra condiment. They rather argue, instead of providing standard customer service.
