Every time I try to give this place a chance the continue to disappoint me every time. Service is very slow and unprofessional. It took forever for someone to take your order in drive thru. When I finally got the chance to place my order I ordered a large sweet tea. When I get to the window to pay there is no one there. When the employee comes back to the window she's on the phone. She repeats my order I give her the $1.08 which is the total cost of my purchase. I GIVE HER $1.10 and told her to keep the 2 cents change. I get to the window to pick up the employee there repeats some order that wasn't mine. I tell her all I had was a large sweet tea, she them asks me if I paid for it WHAT!!! I say yes I paid for it. It was $1.08 and I gave her $1.10 and the 2 cents change. She looks at the screen again and hands me my drink. I'm like really for a $1 drink you ask if I paid for it. Although it is so convenient to stop here on my way to work I believe this will be my last visit ?
Please do not waste your time or your money going to this McDonald's anytime after 10:00 they are never open and then when they are open they tell you they're only taking cash only and does not give you a receipt so that seems a little shady. I don't understand how you can see 10 plus people in the back or outside smoking but the restaurant is not open I know McDonald's are a multi-million dollar company and the workers that you have here is just a waste of money you need a completely different crew that understands the meaning of hard work. Today's date is May 5th 2022 everyday this week the McDonald's has been closed. The crew doing the daytime does a great job but as soon as the night shift comes it is horrible I wish corporate would do better at training or realize that they need a whole new crew you should not have that many people on the clock getting a paycheck but the company is not making any money I am very disappointed and I would never come back
Everyday I come in and get ONE thing. A iced vanilla latte with Carmel syrup added. And every day I get something different. How hard is it to make One Drink. Today I got... well I don't know what they want to call it but it was not what I ordered.The young lady who made it knew she made it wrong but was rushing because they were busy. She asked me did i want her make it over. ( No make it right the FIRST TIME)It had no vanilla in it and she made with camel drizzle not syrup. It was thick at the bottom and I had to stir it with a straw. I just threw it away and walked out. I go here because it is convenient to my job but I'm going to go out of my way and hit Dunkin doughnuts I may pay more but I know it will be made right every time.
This McDonald's isn't it. Sometimes the food is ok but other times not. My last experiences wasn't great. I came before work to just order a frappe and after finishing my drink I found a broken zip tie. They say they are 24 hours but multiple times I came here and they weren't open. It is more cons than pros to this place.
Usually have a good experience with this particular location. But I don’t know what was going on today. Went to the drive thru around 10 am only to be told that my entire mobile order couldn’t be made because they literally had nothing. I’m just trying my best to fathom how a McDonald’s located off one of the busiest interstates in the county seems unable to hold down a breakfast shift on a TUESDAY morning. Beyond blown away. Wasted time, money and gas coming here trying to give them my money. The worst part was that I ordered through the app BEFORE I ever even left. There is not an ounce of coordination between the app and the restaurant. It’s literally a gamble ordering your food through the app because they can still charge your card even if they had nothing the app supposedly says they do. My question is where is the convenience in ordering online if they don’t even have majority of what you ordered? If the app doesn’t even tell you anything? Lesson learned I suppose. Probably won’t be back to this location for a long time, give them time to get their store together and get some product in it. Still baffled as to how they had a breakfast shift with NO food and NO drinks. On a TUESDAY. I tell you the standards of QSR and food service in general have plummeted. It’s pathetic. And these folks want $15 hourly?? Gtfoh
Stopped for breakfast, ordered 2 sandwiches and a hashbrown with a coupon code. Order should have been round 5 or 6 dollars. They tried to fleece me for over $14. Drove to another location and paid $5.92 for the exact same order. Receipt said I saved $2, so even without a coupon code the order shouldn't have been over $8.
My niece and I stopped for chicken nuggets for my grandbaby and me a frappe and a couple more items and It's a chick (short blonde/ green whateva color hair)who works there who shouldn't be has the nastiest attitude and the order is always wrong after repeating twice before driving around. So that's my reason for my rating.
There system is always down and they need 15 min and that 15 min takes forever. Worse McDonald's i have ever been to. That's third time system down because staff don't want to help you or don't want to work.
Most horrible McDonald’s I ever been to. How won’t they let anyone inside and never have the proper order. The workers always on they phone and will turn you away when it says it’s open.
45m to get order. No straws for drinks or condiments. Also, when I FINALLY got my order from the rude "manager", the order was made incorrectly. Their reasoning for the order 'taking so long' was they had to wait on fresh breakfast burritos. Ok. Fine. But why when I got my order was that particular item dry/crusty like it had been under a heat lamp for 30m? TERRIBLE. This restaurant and its employees need a serious overhau. And these kids want $15/hr. They need to do their jobs right before ANYONE will think of paying them anything close to that.
