I will never come back to this location again. I ordered the large shrimp combo and I’m disappointed. These shrimp are straight out of a frozen bag. Harold’s should be ashamed of themselves. If I wanted this Walmart frozen section shrimp I would have gone to Golden Corral, and not paid $20 and waited 40 minutes. Don’t even waste your time going to this location, go across the parking lot or go to Edgewood . The service was ok.
This was a terrible experience! DO NOT GO HERE!! The customer service is terrible but is unmatched by how terrible the food is. The catfish was all bread and super salty. The light skin chicken tasted like tarter sauce because they pack all the sauces and cold items in with the hot food and it spills over onto everything. It’s a good thing I don’t mind hot sauce since it was spilled all over my fish. This is the first time I’ve ever wanted to give anyone zero stars. ?We waited at least 30 minutes for our food and then the woman came out making small talk about how she was bored. BORED?! How about you grab a mop or a dishcloth and clean up!
Horrible experience. There was no one at the counter to take an order for about 7 minutes. Despite there were no customers. When she popped up at the window finally she was eating, licking her fingers, and so unsanitary. Then she tried to charge me $3 more than what was shown on the menu. Then she tried to charge me $1 fee for paying with card (illegal charge). I told her it was not acceptable. Then I ultimately ordered a pizza puff. Which is deep fried, she said it would be 15-20 minutes ? I said that was ridiculous considering no other customers were there. Then when the order came up, she wasn't professional enough to hand it to me, and had the cook open up the side door to hand it to me. I joked with him about it and she became irate and belligerent. Cursing and all. Very unpleasant, unprofessional, unsanitary, and unorthodox. I definitely don't recommend this place as l Iong as they have employees like her. She was a heavy set, African American woman, short, with braids.
Would not recommend EVER! The cashier with bright red hair in a bun has I MEAN THEEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Her kids were in the back office and in the mix of taking orders this girl goes in the back and yells at the kids to be quiet !!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I WAITED 30 minutes for a 6 PC WING COMBO !
DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT MISTAKEN IT FOR THE OTHER PLACE ACROSS THE PARKING LOT.... There was 1 person in front of my for my to go order of catfish and wings combo. 35 minute wait that she didn't inform me of before I ordered. But it's not like there were any to go orders being picked up so they just move slowly. The hot sauce is not hot and it's sweet. Eww. After such a long wait, my food was not hot like I'd expect. On top of all that, there are spot on the wings (like they were reheated and got moist or something) and there was a fiber entangled in my fries. Tried calling the number but no one answered. $20 WASTED!!!

Harold's Chicken Shack5495 Old National Hwy c3, College Park, GA 30349First time eating here. Here my experience.Food - I ordered the 6 wings which came with fries and coleslaw for around $15. I wish the plates was vented, and as you see the coleslaw was small and added in the same container as Hot Fried Chicken. Over all the chicken was decent, It was very greasy like they didn't barely drain the grease, the fries was soggy since it all sweated together and I don't think that a Air fryer can save them. If you go make sure to ask for them to separate everything so it just won't be disappointed.Service 8/10Food 7/10Cleanliness 7/10Over All - 3/5
The last 2 times I was there the chicken was horrible!!!! There's a new one on Camp Creek Pkwy. It's located in the Market Place. The food there was delicious!!!
If I could give this place no stars I would ?. Food was tasteless (let me not say that) I order chicken that tasted like fish, as well as fish that tasted like chicken, everything was fried extremely hard. Since leaving the restaurant I’ve felt sick to my stomach. Extremely over priced and over rated in my opinion. Just disgusting. I will by pass any and all restaurants in the future because this is not it!
Wish I️ could leave no starts went into the place the lady was so rude. I️ was Standing in line for the longest and when I️ was Next the lady told me “we’re not taking any more orders” with a nasty attitude what happen to good customer service?????
