Lives up to its name, at least compared to everything else available at this airport at this time. I don't know why Atlanta thinks that, at night, people only eat junk food.
ATL - Concourse A. I wonder why this location have no line since other stalls are long line and now I know because service and foods are horrible. The guy cashier barely speaks up and not really want to work. Foods is bad as the service. I am definitely not gonna try this franchise at any location.
Do you like iceberg lettuce cut in a factory days ago and served out of a plastic bag? Do you like yesterday's bland premade, pre chopped tomato-cucumber salad? How about soggy, lukewarm gyro meat without any kind of grilling? I ordered the gyro bowl. By far the lowest quality "bowl" of food I have ever been served.
The cashier left the register making change then put her hands in the bread , lettuce etc. to make sandwiches w/o changing her gloves. I said that I did not want the sandwich given her not following food safety regs. She threw my sandwich and continued to make other orders. She then looked at me, changed her gloves and msde my sandwich. She tossed it onto the counter never telling me that it was mine. It was almost entirely bread with little else iin this " cheesesteak sub "that was almost $12.00! I knew this almost empty sub was my punishment.
Not sure about the day crew, but the night crew is absolutely awful. Won't acknowledge you or speak to you. I got food here because it was the only place without a line, it's evident why. This place blows.
Poor service, slow, and unfriendly even being I was the only customer.Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak. Got a nasty roast beef sandwich that literally tasted like dish water. One bite and into the trash. Not getting sick on a plane!
I’ve always loved great wraps food, but the experience at this specific location was horrendous. The workers hardly looked at me and when I asked questions or asked for something, they never responded. Not the kind of service I except in an airport of all places, the home of hospitality.
Not so great :/.... the humus used in the humus veggie wrap lacks flavor and has a sandy texture. The tortilla was too big for the small amount of veggies that went in it. The wrap consisted of mostly lettuce and wasn’t toasted long enough to warm up the inside. Not coming here again
Best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve had in a while! I got mine on a hoagie. Delicious. Wish we had these in Florida and Ohio!
Buffalo wrap not super Buffalo-y, airport prices, Doritos ad a side is pretty unimaginative… but mercifully not busy, and portions were pretty healthy (huge drink though)
