Church's Chicken is better than Popeyes and KFC. I use to loves Popeyes until I ate Church's. understand that Popeyes is good, but in no time, eat it a few days in a row and you will get tired of it. I forgot about Popeyes now, sorry. I haven't eaten from Church's Chicken many days in a row but I already be know, i wouldn't mind it. Great food great service. BTW i love fried okra, but it varies at Church's

Chicken had burnt taste although it was golden brown. That tells me fryer grease needs to be changed.
Churches is one of my favorites if not the favorite fried chicken restaurants, but I have visited several Churches Chicken restaurans in the area and their grease is old but this particular churches is always fresh customer service is nice and I would visit it again and again

Last night I ordered the eight piece mixed meal I asked for it to be fresh and hot but I got to the window my food was cold I really do not like the attitude that they gave me spending my money with someone with a nasty attitude and the chicken was not done all the way so I really wasted my money and I really love churches but this the last time that I'm going to this one I really want my money back but I was so mad I just left it went home I didn't have no biscuits in my bag you know hot sauce and ketchup and that was not in the bag as well really unacceptable I really don't appreciate that people were hard for their money and I don't have no money as it is trying to feed my family and it was garbage

This is by far the worst Church's I have been too. I went to get food for my wife, mother in law and me and the service was horrible. The lady taking my order was not friendly, She started yelling at someone on her drive thru headset as I was trying to order, and on top of that she was bad mouthing Church's as I was ordering stating that the food is not that good which is bad for business considering people are ordering here. I ordered my wife and mother in law food but I refused to get me anything. I went to KFC. I wish I could give 0 stars. I will never be back to this Church's again.
Some of the people that waited on me were not very welcoming they had there mast below their nose u ask a question about it the coupons that came in in mail because I didn't understand the lady got smart with me , I only wanted her to explain how it works as I was talking to her she acted like she didn't hear me I stood their she waited on another person & I was already their another thing she kept wapping her nose with her hands no one had any gloves on as they picked up the chicken when they bagged the chicken I didn't have a good experience at the churches Chicken on old national hwy at u will go their again I don't have to spend my money & have bad service & be talk to any kind of way. Thy were not perfectionist in doing a good job to me me feel I want to go inside their again
