This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!! Pulled up to order and was told not taking orders bc shift change and needing to change out the money drawer!! Lol yea right!! We than went across the road to Church's chicken and ate in our car while we watched all the workers at checkers outside laughing and cutting up for over 45 mins. We watched over 20 cars pull in and get turned away before even approaching the speaker box. This place should be shut down, a bunch of lazy no good people riding a time clock!
So this was the worst experience at a Checkers EVER.. Went to Georgia last weekend and wanted Checkers because we no long have one in the city. My food was Cold like it had been in the bag from another order that was given back. The girl taking orders was rude and wasn't listening to what I was saying. When I got to the window she handed me my drink and dropped the straws. I told her the drink I ordered was supposed to be with no Ice she rolled her eyes poured it out and filled the cup and put the top back on with some running down the cup. No napkins and didn't even give me straws just moved on like she couldn't be bothered. It was dirty inside and I took one bite and I threw it away because it was cold and the bacon was rubbery.
rude attitude from the over night crew, don't come here for door dash. i had to wait over 30 mins for an order that was already ready. when i finally got the food she wouldnt give me the customers drinks. another time she wouldnt give me my order at all after i waited for everyone to get their orders that came before and after i arrived. i avoid going to this location ever since then and i wont be back for myself. avoid this location if you are a dasher.
Stood at the walkup window for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Manager even walked by didn't say one word. Only one car in the drivethru so you can't blame it on a long line.
This place has to have the most incompetent employees. There's a difference in large and medium. You have one job. Didn't give me a straw no ketchup no barbecue sauce. Not worth the time nor patience for incompetence. This the 5th time it's happened.
The employees do not practice sensation! They stand around on their phones with gloves on and then when they have to make the food they use the same gloves to touch the food! Disgusting! On top of that the service is super slow! The wait time is more than 35 minutes!
I waited in line 40 minutes, my order was missing fries and when I told the cashier she just looked at me like I was crazy and closed the window. She got an order of fries from the cook and they weren't fresh. The customer service sucks as well. They don't have to worry about me coming back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I was excited to go to Checkers. Havent been to one in years well.... Waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Terrible Terrible. Finally got food and it was barely warm. Very worried to try again ugh
Even though they added mayo when I asked no mayo let me explain why they got 5 stars. The burger was sooooo good and the fries was fresh. Super clutch on the late night snack tip.
Oh my God we waited in line almost 30mins just to watch the cashier play in her hair play on her phone count money with gloves on &after witness her go fix our food with the same glove she played in her hair with the same gloves she continued to answer mgs on her phone &also the same gloves she counted money with. This young girl grab our food with them gloves &she laughed when I ask for the manager. Lord fast food just isn't the same. Whatever happened to hair nets? I will never be back with this team of employees. I do have 1 nice thing to say the young lady that was working the fryer was really working &staying focused great job to her may She find a company that will appreciate her.
