Pulls they out of shrimp cool can you replace the missing shrimp with a extra fish “no popcorn shrimp” if I wanted that i would’ve asked lol. Okay next pull up to the windows she spraying some cleaner out the window into my car with the windows down we asked why she just looking. (Lakesha) ask for extra tarter sauce would’ve paid and she acted like I said give me everything you got . Now my boyfriend (who was in the drivers seat ) arm is red and itchy.
Cheaper me out of 3 shrimps, fries cold and only a few ,a little Cole slaw like they took back an order that was ate out of and they passed it to me. I'm on social security and this meal was terrible. , Wish I had taken pic..
It is hit or miss some day are better than others french fries are the worst.
As I waited in the drive thru which took about 15 minutes,I didn’t mind because I assumed they cooked everything fresh this was literally my first time eating Capitain D. As I approached the window to pay that took about 10 more minutes. Once my food came out my shrimp we’re BURNT to a crisp! This was so disappointing considering I didn’t have time to sit in the drive thru again and the lobby was closed! They don’t deserve 1 start smh…

I am very disappointed!! Me and my wife thought we would stop and get a bite to eat. We were fooled. As we approached the drive thru menu/speaker the employees shut off the menu lights and mic. No one responded to tell us they were closing early. It was 8:46pm and the website says they close at 10pm. Bad customer service Captain D's. We had to settle for a Wendy's burger?. Again very disappointed ?.

So I decided to earn extra money for Door Dash. I have been doing it for just about 4 days now and everything was going really good until today. The most horrible experience happened today when I had an order for pick up at this location. The unprofessionalism displayed by not 1 or 2 but 3 employees that all looked at me and decided not to address my question of where should I go to pick up the door dash since after following instructions told to do something otherwise. I had no choice but to walk up to the window risking my life when all the employees had to do was advise on what should be done. I’d never eat from this place and will always decline any pick up orders for this location.
