Customer service was great havnt been in a while it’s always good to see smiling faces amoung when you are paying for your food love this experience

By far this was the best experience I had in a while at this location. The employees were in fact so patient and kind also called my order back to me which usually never happens. When I got to the pick up window the cashier was very pleasant. Don’t know what took place but I will start visiting this location again.

I went to this burger king today & i just wanted to take the time out & say that this burger king crew had great customer service since it been in so long i’m glad they have new people the food been fresh ever since they been here & i will continue to spend my money here keep up the good work

If I could give a negative 1 for the score I would. The service was slow and the guy at the the window was too friendly and it make me feel uncomfortable. Then, he did not have change to give me for my food and was not able to give me a receipt. He was also collecting money and filling orders without gloves. There was an older gentleman working in the food area touching everything without switching out of his gloves. I drove to the Burger King on Bankhead to have a clean meal. I threw the 1st order in the trash!!!

This place is ridiculous. There is always something wrong or some reason they can't take your ORDER! Just today when I went there they said on the speaker that it would be 15 to 20 mins before they can TAKE MY ORDER. They need to shut this place down. The worst McDonald's in the Atlanta metro area

Went here yesterday and went inside and the lady working looked at me and 2 other people about 3 times, then looked away. Didn't offer a one moment or anything just ignored us. Came through drive thru today to seek a bit of redemption. The drive thru apparently can only handle 1 order at a time, that's to say order, pay, hand food out, before even greeting the next car. When I finally hit the order screen I was impatiently asked for my order. I asked for a BEC biscuit. She said they was out of biscuits. I asked for a burrito, she said they was out of biscuits. I asked for toast sticks, they was out. I asked for pancake platter she said they don't have pancakes. I said what do you have, and drove off. I truly hope the owner of this establishment sees this review. I worked fast food for 4 years and I understand sometimes things are crazy but this was unacceptable. I've had a lot of bad experiences and have never left a bad review but this place just pussed me off.

The food was cold and undercooked.... I didn't even eat more than a few bites ?. I want a refund. I was there yesterday around 12 pm...The drive thru cashier seemed to be fake nice as well. I'll never eat here again.

The entire afternoon shift should be fired. I literally watched 3 guys in the grill area talk for 15 minutes before fixing my food. The manager had to come out to assist them with making orders. The girl running the front register was EXTREMELY slow. Three guest behind me and she walks to the front and says "hold on" only to slowly sashay around the front taking literally 5 minutes to bag each order. There was no drawer in the register, and the guys behind me where STILL waiting for their order to be taken when I finally got my order and left. The girl on drive thru was not wearing gloves and fixing orders (we are STILL In a pandemic)! After waiting 20 minutes for my order (front end girl had to literally yell the order at the grill guys 3 times, nevermind looking at the monitor!!) I got home to a WRONG order (no cheese on my Impossible Whopper, fries cold and stale, and mayo EVERYWHERE!!) NEVER AGAIN!!

This doesn’t even make any sense. How is the inside closed and employees are sitting down but the drive thru line is moving at a rate of one car every 20 minutes. I’ve been in line almost a hour and there were only 4 cars in front of me. They need some new management or employees immediately.
