Im a regular customer here and usually have good service but today it was horrible staff was unfriendly and rude. I was trying to make a large breakfats order for some senior in unioncity that i buy them breakfast during their dinner hours. I came to the old nat location and was told that they are not serving breakfast and will not make any exceptions..the company advertises breakfast all day..cashier tameka and another guy that was a cooking refused to honor the menu items. I need management to reach out to me because this need to be addressed. This staff will cause this stire to lose major orders for not wanting to work.
Terrible experience every time. I just sat in the drive thru for FORTY FIVE minutes for only 5 cars. Service is awful. Even with all that wait, my food was cold. I could have eaten twice somewhere else in this time span. The employees were taking breaks outside in plain sight while we waited, too.AFTER I ordered and paid, they tell me at the food window they don’t have part of my order at all, and don’t offer a refund. After I specifically asked at the window if they were out of anything, and the girl told me they had it, the guy at the window tells me they don’t. Honestly, these places should not be open or in business if they do these types of shady things. Tell me the truth before I pay, or give me back my money. Bojangles corporate should not allow this team to run a store in anyway, it reflects badly on the entire brand.
Needed 50 biscuits for a breakfast on Saturday the Mgr Patrice was wonderful taking my order and making sure the food was hot and ready when I came. The nice young man who took them to the car for me. I always get great service from this Bojangles and will continue to use them for my breakfast needs.
OPEN THE DINING ROOM!!! There doesn't seem to be a staff shortage issue because there is always about 6-8 ppl in there working. There is NOW WAY that you are taking ONE order at a time in the drive thru and it takes 30+ minutes. Management needs to address this ASAP. It's ridoculous.
I love going to the location on old national every morning for a steak egg and cheese biscuit. Its always on point. The lady Florence always great me and know my name! Polite and ready to serve! Nice job!
I ordered 2 biscuits. I asked for no salt and no butter! Guess what?! It was salted and buttered. I gave 3 stars because it was hot & fresh.
I knew i should have just stayed hungry until i made it home. I've previously only had a kids meal. Chicken leg. This time i opted for their chicken sandwich. If there was a taste for day old socks this would be it. Cold and horrible... i couldn't return it due to the traffic.
Each time I've come, the customer service was AMAZING! That matters a great deal to me. Even when I've had issues with my food, they were very professional and pleasant in correcting it. I will continue to come to this location bc of that fact alone. Continue offering this level of service. Thank you so much. It's a blessing!
Food tasted like it had sat there for a while. The biscuit was extremely hard and very very crunch. Even after letting the honey sit on it for a while. Fries were cold. Very bad service also. Sat at the drive thru to order for a little while. Kept saying hello, then finally someone came on saying order. So we gave our order. He was talking the entire time to someone inside and laughing. Did not pay attention to me. Then said ok after I gave my order. I drive around and the person just put their hand out the window to get my money. Did not say hello or the price or anything. They were still busy talking. Sat there for a while just looking in and saw a biscuit flying across the area inside. They were cracking up and it sounded like a play area not a place to have dinner. Just extremely bad all the way around.
