Good foor ,drive thru,asked and paid for tongue torch sauce when I got home no extra sauce,not even a tongue torch sauce which I paid for, also wanted extra fry seasoning didn't get that either,,, oh well
The absolute worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. They literally just threw my food together. I got home and everything was thrown around in the box. On top of that I asked for sauces and was not given any of them and my food was extremely old and cold which was weird considering the line they had. How is the food old when you have a long line. I've worked in fast food. There's no excuse for that.

I never go to zaxbys because it’s not usually my type of food, especially since they got rid of their milkshakes, but my boyfriend LOVES it, so his family eats there a lot. Service is horrible, and food isn’t there like it used to be. It used to be fine, but not so much anymore, and service is disgusting. Cashier was nice and professional (hence why two stars instead of one since at least someone was doing right), but after finishing my order, a receipt printed, and another worker walked up, took the receipt, and threw it away. I’m non confrontational, and halfway didn’t notice, but the cashier said “you just threw her receipt away”, so in turn, the worker dug into the trash can WITHOUT GLOVES, and turned around and TRIED TO GIVE IT TO ME. I’ve worked in food. Kitchen trash cans have indescribable amounts of disgusting, mushed together food and uncooked ingredients, and much much more, and even if it wasnt the case, it was still disgusting. They had I swear 10 workers there today and one was just wandering around cleaning the same ones over and over again, meanwhile the drive through and diner had huge lines and me and my boyfriend were the only ones who had ordered before anyone had come in, and yet we still stood there for 15 minutes, which isn’t much for real time, but bad for a fast food place. Me and my boyfriend decided next time we would rather drive 30 minutes to the other zaxbys rather than to go to this one again, which is only 5 minutes away.
Zaxby's provides many variations of chicken and fries. They hand bread their chicken, and hand toss in signature sauces per request. Good size portions considering the cost. Stop by and you could be treated to real friendly service!
Food is good but the service is not all there. Every time I go they are always forgetting something in my meal. They need to make sure that they listen to the orders and repeat it back to the customers.
Service was great, food was hot and fresh. We went inside to get an order to go and it was very quick.
I was an idiot and placed an order at another location. When I came in to pick up, they were super nice and helpful even though they were super busy with lunch rush. They don’t deserve the low rating. I didn’t catch the lady’s name that helped me, but she read my order and made it for us. No questions asked. Will be sure to read addresses in the future, for sure.
Whoever owns this establishment should be embarrassed by how it's being ran. You should take a little pride in your business. I understand things are currently hard to get, food wise and employees, much less food employees, but this is unacceptable. Maybe you could have a list of what you're out of, rather than just not giving the items to paying customers. Also, having lights on at least the order board would be helpful. After having to drive all the way back due to y'all forgetting a whole meal, you wouldn't even offer to refund the one meal, which was $12 (that's ridiculous for a 6 finger meal by the way). Save yourself some time and frustration and go elsewhere.
Cold Fries and 5p chicken. Wife Salad had no fried onions on it. Everytime I go there theres something wrong. I'm not going there anymore. I stopped for awhile and started again, but their getting as bad as McDonald's.
