Awful awful food! Got food poisoning from this location! Gave me 3 finger plates that were old as crap and me and my hubs are sick all night and day now!!!! Please cook the darn food fresh!!!!! Shouldn’t have to pay so much money just to get bad food. !!!!!!
My kiddie cheese kids meal only had two orders of fries in the bag. Upon my return to get my grilled cheese sandwich the young lady did not ask me what I was missing she proceeded to hand me a large bag and said "here you go." She didn't verify what I was missing. She was about to give me someone else's food. So glad fast food was my 1st job.
After showing cashier a text of meal I needed for my daughter THEY STILL GOT B IT WRONG. Also another order wasn't fixed right. Went in to order for to go so had to go back in to get rest of food which they hadn't even rang up. Cashier seemed to be new but the man fixing orderSeemed to know what he was doing because he helped cashier add military discount. He was the one who boxed up food would have thought HE'D GOTTEN FOOD ORDER BOXED RIGHT
One of the worst locations. Everytime you ask for extra sauce they remember to charge you but forget to put it in the bag. Just got a kickin chicken sandwhich with absolutely no kickin sauce. Just always disappointing. Drive further to a nicer one.
Food was as good as always....but the air in the store stank of rancid cooking oil....the smell is on my cloths and hair.Need to get that vent fan turning fellers!
My wife and I have attempted to patronize this place 3 different times. Each time, we find the doors locked and a slow moving drive thru line that wraps all the way around the building. We're over it. We don't intend on trying them anymore. Get your act together while you still have a restaurant.
They're already expensive but doesn't always give you, what you pay for. VERY skimpy on fries and not everyone likes the zax sauce. They should ASK their customers what type of sauce that they prefer.
Westend Cartersville 5 stars , Walmart Zaxby 3 stars. MY last Westend meal was accurate and hot. WALMART Zaxby my last order my requested Fried Cobb Salad was given to me Grilled, plus...my salad was not fresh at all and was missing the Crunchy Onions and the Bacon and again was served grilled, not fried as requested
Ordered 2 drinks and a 10 piece chicken strip. Total was $19. Over priced, slim order, argued about 1 pack of sauce for 10 strips. 25 c extra for anymore sauce. Cashier was very rude, kept closing the window on me before our conversation was done. Will not be back.
Management was very accomodating.. for my online order..thank you so much!!
