Was craving a good chicken Sandwich. Haven't tried their new selection's. I looked at my Wendy's app and chose the Classic Chicken big bacon cheddar sandwich. Was a awful combination! ( 0 stars) The cheese spread look like bits of cheese, bacon was way over cooked, not burnt, but really hard, the fried onion rings looked like they were deep fried in old grease. I really couldn't tell them apart from the dark pieces of bacon. Crispy Chicken breast, was dried out on the edges? Fries old and room temperature! I will never order it again! I did however order a junior bacon deluxe burger for my sister. And it was really good! Fresh lettuce, bacon, tomato! Only reason for the 3 stars! And one of the expeditors handing food out window, had nothing to say, not smiling and forgot to hand me my drink, that was at the window. Someone spotted it and gave it to me. Come on folk's, it's a job! If you hate your job, move on. Wendy's, you need to keep good employees. Praised them when they do a good job!

Young staff doing more talking to each other and not taken the orders at the line inside we had 1 person in front of us and we all had to wait over 15 minutes just to get some one to stop playing and work but when the Manager saw them she got them going but when you get your order it was missing half the oder and cold I had to ask the Manager to fell how cold it was . She made us fresh food and the same thing happened to the person who was before us . So please check your order or you may only get half of what you have paid for.

I Received the wrong item due to cashier not fully listening when I clearly started what I wanted. I called back tired to get them to correct the mistake they didn’t want to.Manager very rude and unprofessionalAs a company don’t fight the customer correct your mistake the end!!

Currently sitting in the line as I write this.. The workers at the window do not greet you at all or say anything really when you pull up.. You say “hello” and all I get back in return is a blank stare. I pull up to the next window and the next worker is just openly cursing out loud about ongoing work related issues and doesn’t even say a word to us when handing out our food. Please send some help and management to this place

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Went through the drive thru and when I got to the 2nd window, food was shoved in my hand. No drinks. Ok.... So I waited. The chick with the multi colored braids down to her knees then asked me what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting for the drinks. Blank, vapid stare. I repeated what they were. More vapidness. Then a light bulb came on and she got it! However, wrong size. This is 15minutes in so far just waiting for 2 drinks. Meanwhile, they're having a great time just yakking. I will admit that I lost my cool. I said to just give me a large please with attitude. She then told me not to order her like she's a dog. Well, dogs normally remember their training so that would have been a step up. Got the drink and as I drove off she HUNG OUT THE WINDOW SCREAMING AT ME. Was I an a*hole at the end? Yes. Was it provoked? Also yes. Will be calling corporate. There were other customers just watching. Disgusting behavior.

As advertised, hot, crispy, craving crushing fries. And the service wasn't bad considering the COVID employee crunch.

They called me a wet back and said the n word to multiple black people, the food was slimy and i found a girls eyelashes on it

I ordered a Sprite Zero and got a Coke Zero, ordered a bbq bourbon burger single and got a different sandwich. Not the friendly at window number 2 as well. I really do love Wendy’s over most fast food however this one has me wanting nuggets from McDonald’s instead.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY AND ALL COST!!!!! HONESTLY DONT KNOW HOW THERE STILL OPEN.!!!!!!Absolute terrible AWFUL experience at this location. Me and my wife waited in line for 25 minutes. We pulled off and low and behold were missing a $6 sandwich. So we had to get back in line and literally wait another half hour to be helped. They charged us but never gave it to US watched atleast 6 cars get out of line. They waited no less then 15 minutes. And there was only 4 people in line. This location is a disgrace. Me and my family will never visit wendys again.
