All that work redoing the building and the staff is garbage. Ordered to go on a Sunday morning, yeah that's one of their busiest times, but its been their busiest time every Sunday for the last 50 years so they can't really use that as an excuse. We live 5 minutes away, food was ice cold by the time we got home. Instead of putting the chocolate chips on the waffle so they melt like every other WH normally does they put them in a separate cup and they put the bacon on top of the waffle? Weird...but got home and had to put the chocolate chips on the waffle then microwave it because it was too cold to melt them itself. They forgot cheese that we asked for on scrambled eggs. They left bacon off a sandwich that is supposed to come with bacon. They didn't include straws. I guess we'll keep going to the 411 location for now, maybe we'll try this one again in 6 months, hopefully these are just growing pains and not the new norm for this location...
Food was good but the service was a little meh and we got rushed out
One of the worst Waffle House experiences I’ve had, and my bar isn’t typically that high for this company. My drink glass had someone else’s lipstick on it, waffle was doughy and not completely cooked, and my request for warm syrup was completely ignored. New location was fairly clean and service was fast. Just kind of mind blowing that they have district managers working for the grand opening week and it was this bad of an experience…
Great food. Great service. Bright new restaurant. Must try it. Large dining room. Booths are spacious large bar area. Really great staff and cook.
Only open for a week and I had the best waffle and Omelette that I’ve had at Waffle House. The service was excellent.
We were recommended to Waffle House by multiple people we were visiting Georgia with, so our party decided to drop by and see what all the buzz was about. The restaurant was clean enough, and we waited about 25-30 minutes for our food, which was freshly made to order for us. We ended up having two waitresses, Kristin and Candace, take care of us, and they were wonderfully friendly and attentive. They elevated the whole experience by quickly getting us our drinks and nailing our order (which we had modified several times while ordering). Our whole party loved the breakfast food, the orange juice quality was good and one member of my party claimed that the sausage tasted just like how their grandmother made it. And yes, my blueberry waffle was delicious. The hashbrowns with onions were probably some of the best I’ve had (it beats diner hashbrowns up in the Northeast). Waffle House was a very solid choice that lived up to everything we had heard of it.
Worse manager I have ever encountered in my 62 years! Should be fired right away!!!!!!!
The cook named Jake made the best waffles I have ever had. Plus he’s hot and taken. No ideas ladies ??
Great staff and service. Food was great also.
