I wish I could it a zero out of ten. We sat there for over 30 minutes and in that time our waitress quit and the other waitresses didn't come over to check on us. Other tables food was being cooked, and we asked the cook, who said no. She didn't know what we ordered. I understand a bad day, but definitely could have filled in gaps! Corporate needs to take a better look!

I did not even get to eat here. We, a family of four, walked in and were not even greeted or acknowledged. The only table that was cleaned off was a booth for two. Obviously we couldn’t sit there. There was a bigger booth with no customers when we got there but it was still dirty. The dishes had not even been picked up. So we waited to see if a bigger booth would become available. Another family at a bigger booth left. A server still never came to either table to clean it off. And what’s worse is no one helped us. We were there for over twenty minutes and received no acknowledgment. From anyone. I am severely disappointed in this experience. We literally had to leave because it was clear we were not wanted there.

CLOSE IT FOREVER! We (Family of 5) were greeted by a lady with her head stuck down washing dishes (Never looked up) with a phlegmatic manner "welcome to waffle house......" We attempted to sit at small tables, were promptly told to get up and move that section closed to customers. This Waffle House had a staff of two waitresses and a cook dressed like he was going to be working around a nuclear disaster site. More than adequate staff to have all tables open. Doesn't matter, the best is yet to come. The A/C was turned wide open. It had to be at least 55 degrees in there. Customers, along with us were complaining about the frigid conditions. Some actually went to their vehicles and got coats to wear. We complained to the waitress about the ridiculous cold and she responded; "We can't turn the A/C off or down or the cook will pass out. He gets too hot. We can't have that can we?" The food was overcooked but edible if you like a little charcoal with your meal. 10 minutes after receiving our mediocre meals we requested our ticket, paid the $33. + $5. tip and asked for to go containers. Our children's food had literally gotten cold and becoming inedible from the frigid temperature in the place. I had not taken my family out in over a year because of the Wuhan China Plague. This was our reward? I'd replace the entire staff or just close this place and tear it down. Waffle House has lowered their standards to that of a soup kitchen....actually I think a soup kitchen maybe better. The prices are high and service was horrible. I'm certain this comment will be ignored because if Waffle House corp is allowing their customer base to endure this type of an hostile environment in their store they could care less about my complaint. We will see.

Horrible service we wiped down our own table. We had to keep reminding them about our drinks and my waffle never came to me. I had to tell them to take it off my receipt and she looked at me like I had three heads. Will not be back at this location. They had plenty of workers to be awesome. We felt like we had been ignored. It was ridiculous.

Absolutely enjoyed it! They did an absolute excellent job with my order.

I don’t know what happened! I’ve loved WH nearly all my life and food has ALWAYS been consistent no matter which location. This WH had issues on this day. Usually eggs for omelettes are prepped in the “milkshake” mixer and it wasn’t. The scattered hash browns were so over cooked that I could pick them up in one piece. Both orders. The server was very sweet and apologetic. Her name is Stella. She was great! We were so upset and hungry we didn’t leave her a gratuity. Just forgot and please forgive me Stella! I’ll be back soon to tip you my dear.

Leeann ( hope I got it right) was so friendly to this Texan. The food was made fast and really good I got the waffles, eggs, wheat toast, hashbrowns and sausage patties.

Waffle House where do I start? The one closest to me usually has half of the seats closed off because they say they don't have enough help with just 1 cook and 2 people waiting tables. Plus the cook says because of that he doesn't do Omelets also.2 things you can always count on at Waffle House is the bacon and eggs (scrambled or fried) being overcooked. How can anyone become a cook (especially a Master Grill Operator) that can't cook bacon or eggs?

Wasn't in no hurry to service us so we leftCartersville mlk drive

The crew here is amazing and the food is super delicious. Absolutely my favorite place to eat
