Fast service,excellent service good food fair prices,and the cook was real good
Let me start off with, I believe the issue to be a corporate policy issue, not necessarily at this particular location, but since the event happened at this particular location, I will be posting it as such. Saturday Morning, 3/26/2022 around 2:45 - 3:00 A.M. I was looking forward to eating here and having Birdsnest that I have made for the past 5 - 7 years. However, I ended up leaving when I was told they could no longer do that. I was disappointed and further disappointed since that is the only reason I ever came here. I will miss it here but if they are unable to make my food the way they have been for so long, I do not need it anymore. I feel a little sorry since the staff is nice. For those that do not know what a birds nest is, basically Hashbrowns, eggs, and any toppings all cooked together instead of separately, Very enjoyable.
Bacon came out burnt and bread burnt. Cheese on hashbrowns that I didn't want. My husband food was under cooked and cold.
1st had to go into store to place to-go order. 2nd get back to work and missing the chicken out of our order. I paid $23.10 for eggs, toast and tomatoes. 3rd they will not answer their phones. Called multiple times and no answer.
Ordered a chicken sandwich. Bread was moldy. Luckily I didn't bite into the moldy part.They made me another one though and it was fine.
The wicked witch of the waffle house took my order, had to wait 20 min for them to cook it and they got my order wrong. Overall not very friendly and they don't allow dine in.
I have been to Cartersville many times and usually stop at this store for lunch or just coffee. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The cook(s) on duty rarely fail to do a fine job with the Toddle House-style omelette that I love so much, which (as you may not realize) cannot be found anywhere else in these United States but at a Waffle House! They also have the cooking and presentation of waffles, pan sausage and bacon down to a science; always fresh, consistently good and simply delicious. Ditto for their coffee! For the uninitiated, my advice is to try this chain at least once in your life to get any semblance of that which exemplifies everything it means to be an American. Study the people in the employ and who visit a Waffle House; it is an experience you don't want to miss.
My favorite WH! They are always friendly, they always get my order right the first time, and they brew the best dark roast coffee! Their staff is awesome- even when they are carry out only!
They had 7 servers in there and had 60% of the tables shut down so we had to wait. Never asked if we needed refills or anything
The people were friendly and welcoming, so the service was great and the food like always was delicious. Much deserved five star?
