Hours are listed open till 1am , so they close the store at 12:15. Try calling them and they pick up then hang up immediately. Real nice service.
Waited 30 min to get food ordered from their little computer in the dining room. Watched them as they dragged peoples food along on a dirty counter. When I finally got my order it wasn't even right. I couldn't wait another 30 min so I just took it and left. This place is horrible! Go to the other location on 113 and 41. They are much better.
Won't be back. Food lacks flavor. I ordered several items .l watched them prepare my order My burrito was black, the employee said it wasn't burnedI checked my order it was burned. How's that for great service. I use to love Taco Bell unfortunately it has gone down hill. I don't understand. Use to be great ,not anymore. This isn't the first time my food was terrible. Don't know if I will be back.
How is this even considered a Crunchwrap Supreme? It's as thin as paper, hardly anything inside. Plus my husbands order was wrong. Hire people who understand basic cooking skills. It's not that hard. Wendys is just as bad over there. Avoid this strip of food services. **Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to the one by Lakepoint. Their food is always fresh and hardly ever have a line.**
I had ordered three tacos and when I got home to eat, there were only two. I went back to the restaurant on W. Ave in Cartersville, GA. Best crew in the business. They gave me my missing taco and threw in in on the house. Not that is customer service. I will patronize this establishment from now on. This means so much to me there are almost no words. PLEASE make sure they see this a d know my appreciation.
if i could give one star, i would. tomatoes repulsive me and i specifically asked them to put NO tomatoes in my burrito and they did the complete opposite. they put what felt like extra, and it caused me to throw up. never eating here again i hate everyone who works at this location and i hope it gets shut down

Covid is no longer an issue here in Cartersville. Sign on the door says dining room is OPEN. But only to deliveries or mobile pick up! I tried to use the APP an online this location is not onthe choices to choose as location to order! I bet the manager has had NO, NONE! Mobile orders today!This location does everything it can do to do nothing but drive through n since its not really fast food the line in cars are lined up to wendys. Many occations the frozen drink machine is broken.
At this Taco Bell the employees are slower than molasses and even though they still got the order wrong they did make it right. So, for that I give Taco Bell a five star rating.
I came here tonight with my husband and they put a pinky size amount of beef on our crunch wrap and it was literally flat as a pancake. When we tried to call they wouldn’t answer and kept picking up and hanging up the phone. That is ridiculous and honestly we won’t be returning even though it’s by our house. Get your stuff together please bc with the price going up you better be serving me my $6 worth of beef on my items.
