Drinks always taste like they should, unlike many Starbucks locations. This one seems to always get it right. Normally fast friendly service as well.
I just want to give a shout out to Ms. JoJo. The service here is always amazing. My fiancé was having a rough day and JoJo did the nicest gesture for her. She noticed the rough day my fiancé was having and gave her a free cake pop with a note that read “Hope your day gets better<3”. It made her feel much better about everything. Thank you JoJo for going above and beyond!
These are the laziest sorry ppl I've ever encountered. They never get ANYTHING right, they're out of something EVERY TIME you do. Idc if it's first thing in the morning when they're open. How are you ALWAYS out of products the SAME one @ that. They're always screaming we don't have this to make this or we're outta this. Just shut down then ALREADY! It's crazy that it's ONLY this particular location that doesn't ever have anything. Cause you can go up the street to the Ingles & they have exactly what you want or need!
Horrible service, bad attitudes, never get orders right! I ordered the same thing across the nation!!!! And at this location I’m told what I order is against there policy! I contacted corporate and I now have a copy of Starbucks policy and this is no where to be found! If I’m going to pay 6+ for a drink I expect it to be made the way I like it! This location is horrible avoid at all cost! There is 2 other locations within walking distance!
Made an evening stop while traveling for the holidays. Had a peppermint mocha which I always order decaf with only 1 pump of peppermint. The barista here got it right. Nice drink after a long day of driving and before two additional hours. Really helped me on my travels. Kudos.
Ordered on my phone and picked up through the window. The process couldn’t be anymore simple. One Pumpkin Spice Latte makes any day a great day! Yes I enjoy a pumpkin spice latte, don’t judge me.
I went this morning as always. I am a frequent customer. I usually get cold drinks though. This is my first time i decided to get a hot drink for myself. I got the peppermint hot chocolate just for it not even be close to full to the top:( I wonder why I peeped through the hole that the liquid is far down and I opened the lid to see it :/ I just hope you guys full it up a bit more for your next customers
