Had a great coffee and my fiancé love his hot chocolate! Prices are normal for the area and the staff was kind and quick. The area was clean and smelled like fresh coffee.

I’ve worked in customer service for years, and I really have a lot of grace for people who work in it because it can be so hard some days. Maybe this will help encourage some change though because I’ve been here multiple times and it’s really never been a good experience. My fiancé and I came in one day to work on some details for our wedding and ordered two lattes. The barista took our order, we sat down. About 5 minutes passed and we realized she hadn’t even started them yet because her and the other employees were on their phones talking about random stuff. We were also the only people in the shop at the time. We waited another couple minutes until she realized she hadn’t started them. When we got the drinks, they weren’t stirred at all so the caramel lattes we got were mostly oat milk. We grabbed some straws and did it because maybe it’s just been a rough day. Once we stirred them they actually tasted pretty good! I think you guys have something great here but the service the past few times has been not the greatest.

The staff is always so friendly and try so hard to make sure everyone is taken care of while getting drinks out in a speedy manner. They always have a smile and the art of the walls is glorious! They have vegan options too in case anyone is looking for something in town! Me and my husband go here just about every Saturday if we can. We even bring our daughter along too(:
