I really wish that I had taken pictures. I thought that they made your food fresh but I guess not. My burger was barely warm and my fries were cold and lifeless. My granddaughters chicken nuggets were cold and tasteless and so were her fries. Bad choice. We won't go back.
We visited this location for the first time today and definitely will never come back. The food took an extraordinarily long time, but was somehow still cold when we got it, and it was wrong. We paid for a double cheeseburger and got a single, but it wasn't worth another 30 minute wait to get it corrected. Ridiculously slow and poor quality service.
I ordered ahead on the app which is great for rewards and half price drinks all the time, but when I arrived I received the wrong order so when I got mine the food was a little on the cold side. The past few times I've been there the corn dogs have not been fresh.
It’s a sonic! I love their corn dogs and drinks!!! It took a while but we got our food and it was worth the wait. I ordered in the app and got a discount.My fiancée tried the cinnamon bites he likes them! I got corn dog and tots and Moz sticks!!!! We got the doggie a plain burger - she loved it.No idea what the inside of the facility is like but the bathroom, which has access outside, was clean. I always take that as a good sign.The cherry limeade is amazing and the only “soda” (it has sprite) that I drink.
This will be a bit long. First of all, we LOVE Sonic! Even after working at one for 9 1/2 years. Tonight my husband and I stopped at the Sonic in Cartersville. The place was busy but not too busy. The carhops were definitely hustling. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen . The food was freezing cold when we got it. My extreme tots, my buffalo popcorn chicken (which barely had any sauce), and my husbands tots, all tasted like they had been sitting out for 30+ minutes. I didn't receive a fork and had to ask for one twice. We stopped a worker walking by and asked if our cold food could be remade. She smiled and politely said "yes!" We wait about 5 minutes and here comes our food, STILL cold. What a waste of $20. We still tipped the young lady $3 because she obviously wasn't the cook. However, their kitchen crew needs to step it up. There is NO EXCUSE for cold food to go out not once, but twice. We were extremely disappointed. We won't be stopping back by this particular Sonic anytime soon.
Sonic is usually my go-to place. Usually fast friendly and very accurate with my order. In the last month their service has really gone down the drain. My order is never right anymore and I just waited over 20 minutes for 1 drink. I think it's time I take a break from my favorite place.
I ordered chicken fingers and fries from Sonic. The food was hard. I always liked Sonic in the past but after this experience I will definitely rethink eating here again. THE FOOD WAS HARD. Not a great experience at all.
Used the app, sat there over 30 mins, let them know on the app what bin I was parked at when I placed the order. Ended up having to press the button to ask how much longer. When they finally brought the order out the chicken sandwich was like rubber and barely warm. Fries and cheese stick cold and the Reese shake had cookie in it. I won't go back. Very disappointed.
food was great! when i asked them to make me a gourmet meal they gave me a tator-tot with nerd purée with ketchup and mustard as the sauce choice and a garnish of lettuce and a singular pickle. quite delicious and a bang for your buck at only 75 cents!
I love Sonic! I've loved them since I was a kid. We had a Sonic before a McDonald's. No comparison there.. Always hot and fresh.. Love eating in my car.. Huge menu.. I could go on.. Give Sonic a drive in and enjoy.. Hope yours is as good as mine!! Thanks Sonic.. btw..ever going to see Roller Skates again?? LOL
