Do not order delivery on Shane's website. They use Doordash (which is fine) but if there is a mistake neither Doordash nor Shane's will do anything to help you. Shane's has no way to credit you for a missing order and obviously no way to bring you a missing or incorrect item. Doordash's customer is Shane's so they will not help the end user either. $72 for lunch and I get no drink. Thanks.
Surprised by the quality/taste of the pork. Last I dined at a Shane's (different location) they meat was very dry and tasteless - no so here. Glad we went

Kayleigh Bunch is the best, she's polite, remembers everything, everything, and makes the whole dining experience a pleasure. I think she deserves a raise or a promotion to GM!!!!

Staff is friendly and polite. Food was good. The new Pork melt was delicious and they have the best peach cobbler!!
So many Shane’s have closed, you have to stop if passing through Cartersville. Get the Big Dad BBQ sandwich combo with the good 3-sided fries & iced tea.
