Places an order earlier and it's been on preparing for quite sometime. Tried calling to see if by chance maybe my order got lost. However the phone number comes up as travel center. I just wanna know if I'm going hungry for chicken or if I need to order from somewhere else.
This Popeyes is located at a TA plaza. After gassing up the car, we went inside for a quick bite to eat. We decided on Popeyes. After waiting for ten minutes, we were called to the counter to pick up our order. Unfortunately, the order that we were given was not our order. The gentleman behind the counter realized what had happened- a mix-up with the orders- but he made it right and apologized for the mix-up. Due to the mix-up, our food has to be remade so when we finally got our order, it was hot and fresh.
Walked up to pick up my mobile order and the cashier was too busy flirting with me to help prepare my order. Another employee bagged it but forgot my biscuit. Was driving from Tennessee to Florida so that biscuit would have definitely been nice for the road. Food was good and order was ready within probably 7 minutes or so after placing my mobile order. Flirting made me a little uncomfortable so I just got back on the road.
The cashier was nice they forgot my extra biscuit and ranch but the food was alright! I wish they would've told me the gravy that comes on the mashed potatoes was cajun..
If you're gonna spend $20 at a fast food place this is were to go. Friendly, social and usually young employees, the company knows where the future is.

I have NEVER received the correct order from this location. Something is ALWAYS WRONG WITH MY ORDER. I’m from Alabama, and I work over here 2/3 times a week. It’s right next to the hotel I stay at when I’m over here. After working 14 hours I’m too tired to walk back over there to get my order corrected. $15/$20 a visit to be disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! I’ll NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN THERE!!!!
My visit to this particular location was not a very good one at all. After waiting 3 minutes at the drive thru order place I had to say "excuse me please" 3× before I got someone to respond & ask to take my order, it appeared & sounded like the employees were listening to music loudly and laughing. So I ordered just a chicken sandwich, plain with mayo. Drove around to window a younger guy takes my money, gives change & receipt then says "so you really just want a completely plain chicken sandwich" I said yes please plain with mayo no lettuce no pickles etc... Just mayo. So I get a chicken sandwich and then he said you said plain so it's plain but here's a packet of mayonnaise" ? I was perturbed to say the least because the bun was half soft half hard, the fried chicken filet was dry as a bone, & I had rip open the packet of mayonnaise and squeeze out on my sandwich. These employees working here were more or less having a loud hangout session bumping tunes & not working like they were hired to. So unprofessional & disappointing because other Popeyes are awesome! ?
Fast service friendly staff. They didn't have any deserts or biscuits though. The rest of the food was amazing
Just went through the drive thru, waited a long time to finally get to the window. The kid working the window wasn't very personable and I witnessed the manager smack him when he was handing me my lemonade which tasted like lemon flavored water.The fries were room temperature at best, and the sandwich was very sloppily made. Don't waste your time or money.
