The food is good but I’m always missing something, the workers are rude 9/10, they are always out of everything. I worked in food for a long time so I know how it can be but there is NO reason to be rude or disrespectful to people that help you get paid.
Placed the order For a 16 piece family meal online At 6:33 PM.Requested pick up for 6:50 PM.Arrived at 6:53 PM. Attended to by a polite and pleasant young lady at the counter at about 6:56 PM. She could not find my order in a pile of receipts next to the printer on the counter next to her register, but after a couple of minutes of searching she finally discovered it by scrolling backward in the over headwork screen used for fulfilling orders. My order had been bypassed and removed from view. I don't know if it was cancelled or just scrolled past.I was informed by the very polite and pleasant young lady at the counter at 7:10 PM that my order was just now being dropped into the fryer. I was quite surprised and frustrated given that I had been standing in the restaurant for over 15 minutes at this point and no action had been been taken to get my order in the fryer before 7:10 PM.Was handed my order at 7:20 and wished a good evening. I wish the polite and pleasant young lady a good evening and left and climbed in my truck.I have eaten at Popeyes consistently for the last five years, in Jasper Georgia most frequently. This is my first trip to this Popeyes here in Cartersville Georgia and I have to say that is hands-down, the single longest time I’ve ever had to wait for an order in a fast food restaurant much less considering that I ordered it online nearly 20 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. 40 minutes from order to pick up is not a standard any restaurant should aspire to.It is noted that the drive-through is busy and the staff was consistently turning cars orders through the drive-through quite rapidly. However my call in order, not only passed over without beginning preparation once I arrived it took nearly 15 minutes before my order preparation was even begun.I won’t be giving up on Popeyes because it is the best commercial fried chicken I have found, but I will be giving up on this location. Spending $50 for fried chicken, I think it would be at least reasonable to expect that it be ready at the time agreed to during the order process online.To add the final insult to the injury, it is now 745 I have just arrived at home and I’m unpacking my bag and have discovered that the eight biscuits which are included in my family order are not present.I am really trying to maintain decorum but I can assure you I will never set foot in that Popeyes location ever again and if anyone ever asks me I will advise them to avoid it at all costs.
Took 15 minutes to have my order taken, and I was the only person in the lobby. No jalapenos, no tea, no honey packs, no hot sauce, no napkins. Literal cornerstones to a chicken restaurant. Customers don't want to hear "We are waiting on a truck" Also floor was black and sticky. Clearly the open supply closet shown wasn't being used.
This location is an absolute joke it's run by young adults who all looked stoned!It's blatantly clear that they don't care about their customers or getting the order right or how long you have to wait I waited 20 minutes no one in front of me inside the store before somebody came over to help me granted they were busy at the drive-in but the guy packing up to go orders our eyes met at least a dozen times while I waited there for him they had messed up my order on Saturday so I went back Sunday and told him what they messed up they packed a bag and I didn't think the check but I get home and again some things missing from the order. They just don't give a s*** and have nobusiness being in customer service!!
The foods always good whenever i can get some. My last 3 times coming here they’ve been out of all seafood, and this time i came they had no seafood, no biscuits, no drinks except coke, dr pepper and sprite. And they had only 3 sauces. They have me a “free” pie to replace my biscuit but other than that nothing was done to make my experience better
Popeyes is just getting ridiculous at every location. The one in Hiram Ga has the worst customer service. The one in Acworth doesn't season the chicken and they are always out of something. And then the one here took forever! Then some of our items were missing. They need a whole team to come in and train on everything from customer service skills to how to cook the chicken bc as for now I'm done with Popeyes.
Absolutely the worst run Popeyes in America,is on Martin Luther king blvd cartersville ga.Tried to eat there today,one of only 3 inside.Waited more than 35 minuets in a two person line.Never took my order,did get three be right with you promised.Manager did come look at me,promised to prepare the first customers order now after losing his,the only order.I left unserved.
The service wasn't that great, it was three of us two of us wanted spicy chicken and our chicken was not spicy at all. but the people were nice They were working there it's just that the service was so slow it took forever for somebody to take our order.
worst restaurant in Cartersville. they won’t let you order 3 piece wings. they always say they don’t have it or can’t give it but it’s a #5 on their menu. wasted 30 minutes of my lunch time sitting in line for them to deny me of my order. if i could give them a 0 star rating i would! ?? i would fire the entire staff and rehire new talent!
Who evers managing or the owner is paying their workers to do nothing. I went to buy a 10 piece dark at 8:10. They dont close until 10. I asked. They said they didn't have it. No problem. I asked if they would cook it, I'd pay for it and wait for it to be finished.The shift leader goes the last drop is at 8. The cook isnt cooking anymore. At all.I ask even if i wait for it. She just says were not cooking anymore.You still have two more hours before closing? I just dont understand if I said I'd wait for it to be cooked, and you have plenty of time before closing, what is the problem? I could understand if it was 9:30 or anywhere close to closing, but it wasnt.Whoever was in charge on Sunday, February 20th should not be in charge anymore. The supervisor needs a supervisor.Collectively decided that you finished working even when your still open.If you're wondering why profits are down, its because your night shift is just turning away customers and shutting down hours early.Just no customer skills whatsoever. Always out of stock, always rude, and no one ever works, they're just leaning on something talking to one another.Its always something with this place. You can never just get your good then leave.
