Actually deliver my pizza would be a good start. I ordered for delivery last night. Got an email and text that order was received, tracker went from order received to being made to in the oven. However, my pizza was never delivered, no call, no text, no email, just no show and no pizza. I had several people hungry and tired waiting on pizza to eat that never came. I called the store and no one would answer the phone. By the time we realized that they weren't bringing it, it was late and nothing else was open. No one ate dinner and went to bed hungry and pissed off. Makes me never want to order from you guys again. How do you accept an order and have people waiting for their meal and then just close the store and never make/ deliver it to them? Then not even call to inform them they have no food coming. I've never had a restaurant do that to me in my 40 years. Completely rude, disrespectful and out of order and no one cared about the customers actually sitting somewhere waiting to eat food they never planned on bringing. Worst service ever!
2 weeks ago this was a 5 star experience. Best pizza ever!!!! So hot that I thought they drove the store up to my house and handed it to me straight from the oven. Everything fresh and was done right....Today I ordered 2 pizzas and they were totally wrong. Wrong crust and wrong toppings.... so disappointed.
Large stuff crust Supreme. It was great. Pizza hot with fresh cut veggies. Taste good and price fair.. Service 35 mins wait. Dinning open. Plenty of parking. Employee appearance could be better.. Employees no mask and not to well groom.Drive thru mannerisms needs improvement.Questionable Health score 100 posted without last score shown
The worst, absolute worst. Terrible food and even worse service. I will never under any circumstances eat here again.This place is a joke. Seriously, I feel like I have been punk'd.
Ordered the big box and the only thing that was correct was the boneless wings, sauce and Blue Cheese. We only got 1/2 toppings on each pizza. In other words ones side had pep. on 1/2 and just cheese on the other half. the 2nd pizza had sausage on 1/2 and just cheese on the other side. VERY POOR SERVICE!
I ordered a medium thin and crispy with mushrooms, extra cheese, and extra sauce. The pizza was hot but no extra on cheese or sauce which I paid for. I would have paid more to make it right but was told no. I worked for pizza hut back in the 80's and the standards in this establishment are terrible. The pizza hut in Jasper Georgia is 100 times better. First and last time I come here.
I’m not sure if I ordered a different style or if the menu changed. But the pizza wasn’t enjoyable as I thought or remembered. I saw an ad and I went out to grab some pizza. Haven’t had it in a long time. Tasted different
My order came to my house fast the pizza was hot and delicious and everything was right on it and the delivery driver was a sweetheart he was a nice guy..
The pizza was hot fresh and delicious!Pizza Hut is not my go to local pizza business but two other pizza restaurants had consistently disappointed my family in the last couple of months.We decided to try Pizza Hut because we really wanted some delicious pizza.My order was accurate, fresh, hot, on time, and absolutely delicious!!! We will be going back. Thanks Pizza Hut!
Used the app and everything was hot and fresh when we drove around to the window. It was really good. The only disappointment was the Cinnabons. They looked nothing like the yummy picture on the app and were rock hard.
