Just got a pizza delivered. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a large pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust and garlic knots. They sent the wrong sauce for the garlic knots which isn’t that big of a deal to me. My cheese pizza came uncut (didn’t click the button for uncut). The pepperoni pizza didn’t have pepperoni on it. Never ordering again.
I was starving at work but couldn’t leave so I ordered from here. Less than a mile away and delivery time estimated 27 minutes. Okay cool. Over 2 hours later (and just about time to close shop at my job) my pizza was finally delivered. I was starving and made the mistake of eating a piece, today I have the most painful food poisoning. It has to be the pizza because it’s the only thing I’ve eaten in 24 hours. I would like a refund and urgent care bill paid ?
If I could do 0 stars I would. I should had read the reviews before ordering, the only thing that was at the right temperature was the 2 liter of crush soda.
Papa John's is still the most nastiest pizza place I have ever been after 5 years I decided to give them another try and sure enough I had a stomach virus the food tasted terrible if you value your guts and your taste buds do not go to no Papa John's especially not this one
Got delivery and asked for five ones for change and she gave me three. Basically stole my 2$. Be careful you can’t trust these people. Small white female. If y’all see her I’d a) double check your money b) just not tip her out pizza was barely classified as warm.
Waited until 45 minutes after our delivery time to tell us they only had one driver and that driver had an incident, so they couldn't deliver. Completely ruined our dinner plans and a waste of money. Don't allow orders to make on your app if you can't handle it.

Paid in cash and after we paid they said they didn’t have the 2 liters of Pepsi, they would not refund us the money for the Pepsi, nor would they let us get the small bottles of Pepsi for substitution. Don’t understand why I can’t get a refund for something I did not receive, especially when paid in cash.
