A negative choice now..This used to be a fav for my son & I didnt have any issues & the food wasnt so bad so I didnt mind the several trips. Most recent trip was triple the cost for a buffet meal(I understand economic struggle but that feels like they're taking advantage of it with what is served).. they did not have labels to foods & staff could not understand when asked what item was.. the rolls had hard edges & when asked about butter they said yes after 4 times then said 'no have' the fish was cold, steak pieces out for awhile with being chewy & 1 desert choice!.. not worth the $60 paid for 2 adults & a kid. Also previous experience would have tables full but on this visit 2 other tables the entire time while being pushed out door towards middle & no plate pick up whatsoever... lettuce for salads had few pieces left with all carrots & ranch with old side chunks stirred into it. Sushi also seemed outdated.. other person in party said this was just a bad choice this time(& she's not picky!)... also bathrooms being cleaned so pushed out asap.. that was an experience !
I go to eat at this place, at least once a week, the food seems acceptable.but yesterday I went to eat with a friend and I paid with a credit card, when I was signing the receipt I put my cell phone on the counter, took the glasses for the drinks and I went to the tables, forgetting my cell phone on the counter.when I realized that I didn't have my cell phone, I went to the truck to look for it, but it wasn't there I entered the restaurant, a nice woman asked me what I was looking for and told me that the woman at the counter had the cell phone. when I when to the counter the woman pretended that she didn't know and then she said here it is. when I was going to take it,she told me to unlock it to see if it is yours I just said OK Google and the phone is unlocked.My point is if she saw that I signed the receipt and I left my cell phone because she didn't call me and said Hey hey here you forgot your cell phone. that woman is not honest and honest.My advice be careful with your belongings. By this means once again I thank that woman who very kindly told me who had my cell phone.
Decent price, fresh food. I didn't like everything I tried but that was just a matter of taste nothing wrong with the food. I'm a huge fan of the peel and eat shrimp. The wife and I left happy. Closest thing I have to a complaint I'd recommend installing a sink for hand washing near the drink fountain or something. Somebody was hogging the bathroom the whole time I was there had to go next door to wash my hands. So that's just a suggestion not a complaint. I'll be eating here again
Paid 56 dollars barley food on the bar seems like it's been there all day foods barely warm only ice cream selection was coffee really no fruit on a bar not worth the money should have gone to Sonic for burger
The woman in the front is always rude. The rest of the staff is always nice. I get a very different total every time I go with the same amount of people. I get a different price even if I go at the same time and same day. Food is hit or miss. Steak, potatoes, and pot stickers are my favorite. I have found a bug before in the egg drop soup which kind of ruined the soup for me. But stuff happens could've flew in when someone opened the lid ?♀️
They have a very small selection of food. It’s edible but won’t be coming back. It’s a last resort sort of place. Drive down to the Walmart shopping center. Hong Kong is way better. Their food actually tastes good. This place is not worth it.
I absolutely love this place but as I type this review I'm suffering from food poisoning. The stomach cramps and diarrhea are crippling...please be aware that I ate here all the time but the last time was take out on 4/7/22...it took until 4/8/22 around 6 o'clock to hit me after working all day. I really hate to leave this review/warning because the food is so delicious and they are such a great place but I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy....sorry Ming Moon.
First time to visit this Establishment, I'm glad I did!! MingMoon has a pretty good buffet, excellent for the Cartersville area. Probably 30 different dishes, 16-18 types of Sushi, adequate salad bar and some of the best egg drop soup I've ever had in Georgia!! Cashier was lovely Asian lady, very quiet and shy, but fully masked with all virus precautions being taken.As I said this was my first visit but they have a new steady customer in me!!!
Food was decent. Better than expected. Got there at 4:30 and some food had been there awhile. Asked for steak since there was only the bones left, then within about 15 minutes here come the steak meat.
