Nasty, dirty, poorly managed. All orders were screwed up and customers were all angry. Kids would just laugh at them and scream “So?! Turn us in!”. Food wasted on the floor due to excessive horseplay. Maybe a boycott of this Pilot by us drivers ($25,000+ fuel revenue loss per day) will inspire upper management to take the necessary steps to revoke the franchise and put a business in there dedicated to good customer service and sanitary practices…
This place is ridiculously slow. We were stuck waiting in line for about 45 minutes. In that time, only three cars got through. We'd have left, but we were trapped by other cars. By the time we finally got to the window, our food was cold and the milk shake we'd ordered had melted. They refused to refund the order without us pulling up and waiting god knows how long.
This place is horrible!! The cashier SIDEL took my order, then proceeded to grab my hash browns. But, she then stops at the trash can first to adjust the bag and push down the trash (no gloves or mask). Then, she tried to be sneaky and get rid of the flies that were hanging out on the hashbrowns!!!!
Sit out here at the drive-thru for 20 minutes and it wasn't even crowded here! Received cold French fries, and no straw for my drink. This is the lousiest damn McDonald's I've ever seen in my life
Waited so long in line-can't back up and leave, so if you pull in and someone pulls behind you, you're committed! Slowest service ever, and my fries were about room temperature. This place sucks
The manager came from the back area saying "she would burn this place down they better stop messing with me" then she starting cursing in the front. I had to ask for my drink several times she was supposed to make it, but she was just standing there auguring with the employees. I asked another employee to get my drink she came and slammed my cup down and said " didn't I tell you I was getting your drink" I said your very unprofessional.
The lady was very nice . my phone died while I was trying to use my rewards off the McDonalds app . she went online and gave me the same deal . foods fresh fries are hot and GO DAWGS!!!!
The food was good but the manager accused me being a drunk driver he said and I quote "you have a lot of good food now you need to drive safe to wherever you're going"I do not appreciate that comment. I work night shift and happened to sleep at different times than other people. This being a trucker stop I thought it would be more understanding establishment
Worst drive thru ever.pull up sit few minutes then told order when ready. Never hear anything else from anybody finally after 2 cars on other side pull thru you pull up explain and ask did they get my order. The young girl was rude saying u will have to pull thru again we don't take orders at window. NEVER EVER AGAIN
