They always get your order wrong. After leaving the drive through already I discovered my sprite was bad. I have been at this McDonald's several times and I still give them one stars. They always want you to pull forward to wait on your food. When they bring your food out, it's still wrong. Breakfast times is even worse. Who ever owns this McDonald's needs better management..
Went there May 28 at around 10:15. Small line outside so went inside. Waited 7 or 8 minutes at counter and no one came. 1 family of 4 were the only one waiting on order inside. They got there food after 5 or 6 minutes. I went to use kiosk and it did not respond. Left without ordering as I cose McDonald's because it is "fast" food. Waffle House would have been faster
Came by for a shamrock Mcflurry, but they said their ice cream machine was down, yet, they said we could get a shamrock shake instead? I don't understand that, but the line was long and didn't want to hold it up. Fries were cold. Black girl with dreads and long nails didn't seem like she wanted to be there, was extremely slow and laughed at everything. The black man working was great along with the white girl with the short black hair. The white "manager" with the long curly dry frizzy hair was awful and wouldn't give us fresh fries and lastly we were shorted a nugget (I should have counted, so that I'll say was on me.) I don't know these workers names, so yes, I did describe them accurately. Go to the McDonald's of 113. They always have their orders correct.
If there were negative points, this location would earn them easily! You place an order, confirm by asking if they have apple pies and are told yes, edit in a line for 20 minutes, pull up to pay and are told “we are out?!?!” The teen working the window was rude and incompetent, stay away and go across the street to Wendy’s!!!
We stopped on our way from Fl to Mi with 4 thirsty horses. I asked if they had a hose outside to get them water. The sweet Manager had 3 team members bring out 4 of our buckets full of water. Great crew!!! Many thanks!
It's under staffed. They didn't show any interest in serving folks at the counter, so we ordered via the kiosk. They had advertising plastered everywhere for the Shamrock shake. Had to refund our money after we ordered Shamrock shakes at the kiosk, and someone came out to tell us that the shake machine had fallen on one of the employees and they were waiting for a part to fix the machine. It would be nice if they could at least indicate on the kiosks when something is not available.
This McDonald’s is great until it’s not which is too often. They rarely make my food fresh when I request it and sometimes I don’t mind bc it’s still edible but it’s better when it’s fresh so i always notice but I don’t always have the time to go back and have it remade nor should I have to go through the drive through more than one. I’m not upset and I’m sure there is an explanation besides laziness but most of the time they just need to do better. DO BETTER
They made me wait for cold food. Just now. I waited for them to bring me my food...and they finally brought it....and it was cold. What was I waiting for, if not for you to cook the food???? I don't understand. I want a refund, y'all are terrible for making me wait on cold food. It's one thing to wait so you can cook it fresh....it's another to make me wait and then hand me cold food.
I went and ordered two combos in the drive thru the other night. When I got to the window, they handed me the wrong order. When I mentioned it and handed the food back, the workers at the window got upset and told me they were busy(there were two cars in line behind me) and my order was big too(didn’t know two combo meals was a ‘big’ order) and pitched a FIT about fixing my order. They didn’t hand me my drinks at first and took forever to do that, then forgot the sauce for my nuggets. This is the worst service I have ever received from any fast food restaurant and I will not return.
After driving away, realized that there was No meat on all 4 burgers. This place is always a problem.
